i love going to La Mota bc of their deals. i used to go legit every week bc their staff was really nice but lately everyone seems like they’re in such a rush and not willing to answer questions/show you diff weed. i understand you guys get busy but you have 5 people in the back and only 2 on registers. last time i went one of your employees who i believe prefers to go by “they” was VERY rude. They seemed VERY irritated and they gave us a lot of attitude. my friend and i are very friendly and even walked up asking how their day was, they ignored that. The customer they helped after asked her the same and they sighed and said “well i’m alive what are you getting”. i know it can get overwhelming but if you can’t handle a social job then maybe you shouldn’t have taken the job. idc about your preference on what you go by i’m not judging that at all, it’s the fact that you want the customers to respect you and your pronouns but you gave my friend and i attitude, weren’t helpful and that is what i don’t respect bc you didn’t respect me. i stopped going here for a while bc of the service and that’s what i returned to. made me really miss the old staff. there are still a few people here who are very nice and they’ve either been here for a while or are just cool peeps.
