I know it’s not the employee’s fault when another co worker is not their for their shift. And I know that it can be frustrating when people come into your workplace within the hour of closing, but hours are posted for a reason. I came in at about 9:20pm for a gram of wax but I also wanted to get a half oz of sativa flower. The gentlemen helping me showed me the shake like remains of two jars indicating a half oz is probably not likely. I asked if it would be okay if I did a quarter of it instead, and he agreed. I then asked for a quarter of an indica flower which he also agreed. It took him quite a while to pick through the shakey remains but I waited patiently. He then asked if it would be okay if he only did the quarter of a sativa since there were others waiting. I was taken aback and in shock but agreed because of the circumstances mentioned prior. However I got home and weighed my ‘7 grams’ and was shorted a gram? I am frustrated that I was asked to forgo the items I came into pay for before the scheduled closing time. Like every other establishment under the sun, customers who are in store before closing (9:45 pm as listed on y’all a website) should be serviced. If that means the employees have to stay longer then so be it. While it is never ideal to stay after, that is just a part of many it not all jobs. While I waited outside for my Uber I saw that 3 of the 6-8 people behind me had left not wanting to wait. So I was denied purchasing what I wanted to make space for others who did not even end up staying to do so. I had high hopes for this dispensary as it is very close to my new area of residency, but think I will shop elsewhere and maybe others should too. Edit: I did also want to add that the quality of the weed has nothing to with my review. I knew exactly what I was getting by ordering the cheaper-shake weed. I wanted to buy it.
