My recent experience with this place, was not to the standard. Very disappointed with the food and the price,I ordered beef Kabab and chicken kabab , the beef kabab was so rubbery that people were choking on it and had to be thrown away😡Even the prices were more than what was listed on the internet!! I feel that would be last time I order from there ! Good luck to all customers!!

This is a lovely place to come eat good food!!! If you love hummus....you will love theirs!! It has a creamy taste with chunks of whole garbanzo beans that add an unexpected appealing texture to it and is seasoned perfectly. Their chicken is moist and flavored perfectly. Pitas are fresh and their baklava is very reasonably priced at a $1.00 per finger. I was very satisfied with their entree portion sizes and the cost was generous. I was satisfied with everything there....they also have a very big dining area that is quite quaint. I highly reccomend and will be back for more!!!!!

I really hate to give a bad review to a local business since I truly love to support as much local places as possible. The food here is a solid 3 1/2 or 4 star... I actually love their carry out. Sometimes the steak can be a bit on the chewy side but that is not surprising for the price. My issue here is the customer service. I placed a yelp order online for pick up thru grub hub. They forgot my large yogurt cucumber salad. My husband asked them twice if everything was in the bag. They said yes. When I called them I was told salad was there and I could pick it up. I'm already home.. I don't want it at this point. They hung up twice, put me on hold and guy was rude. I called grub hub and explained the situation. When the customer service guy called me back he said restaurant said we were confused.. what?! Confused about what? If you forget to put something in the carry out bag why not refund it right away? Thankfully grub hub refunded and gave me a positive experience to go with this bad one. Won't be ordering from here anytime soon.

Ordered online and had it delivered through Amazon Prime Now. We had two of the chicken kebab plates and one chicken shawarma plates. The chicken were not really kebabs. They were just dark meat chunks. But you could tell they weren't grilled over a fire. My shawarma was just okay too. Not much flavor and it was dry. They do give you a ton of meat, though. We ordered extra garlic sauce with each platter and what they gave us were tiny sauce cups with this weird caesar dressing-ish stuff. I was expecting actual garlic sauce. Each platter came with one pita inside the container that was griddled and fluffy, but then there were more pitas in the bag that were really thin and dry. None of us really liked our food and I don't think we'll be going back. I'll stick to Al Hamra. They're the best I've tried in the area, even if they don't deliver.

I was recently educated about Halal meat and the brutality involved if the animal is not stunned before it is killed. La Zeez boldly brags about their NO STUNNING practice right on their sign and menu. We definitely won't go back..NO STUNNING means NO BUSINESS AND NO MONEY FROM ME! There are so many other places to go so please go somewhere else.

I finally tried this place after years of wanting to. The food was absolutely delicious! The salad was fresh and the dressing was very good. The hummus tasted fresh and was full of flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. They gave me a free piece of baklava because my online order was not ready when I arrived and that was scrumptious. The falafel was one of my favorites that I've had anywhere. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and steamy tender on the inside. All the side sauces were good. My one complaint was that they forgot the basmati rice I had ordered as a side; they had given me double hummus instead of the rice. All in all, I will gladly return to eat here. I actually can't wait to go back.

I've rated this before with 5 stars and come here a lot but today my rating is going down and I will not be returning because when I walked in the whole front area smelled like cigarette smoke and when I stood at the front to order, one employee, possibly manager, was in the kitchen smoking a cigarette. He tried to hide it when I walked in but came up without washing his hands and took my order and then proceeded to go back to work on cooking, again not washing his hands. While I didn't say anything at the time, I sat in the waiting area and breathed in nasty smoke smell, and then saw he was back in kitchen smoking again. Right after an employee walked in from outside again without washing his hands started bagging up orders and forks and napkins. I left without my food and will not be returning. While they have amazing food and great customer service, this was unacceptable and not hygienic in the least!

When I lived in Lomita I would go there to eat a few times in a week, now I live in Michigan and miss the good food they offer.. I've told others about how great it is and they would stop in for a visit.. I have never had one say anything other then outstanding.. Keep up the good work Mo...Ray
