Feedback:

I really hate to give a bad review to a local business since I truly love to support as much local places as possible. The food here is a solid 3 1/2 or 4 star... I actually love their carry out. Sometimes the steak can be a bit on the chewy side but that is not surprising for the price. My issue here is the customer service. I placed a yelp order online for pick up thru grub hub. They forgot my large yogurt cucumber salad. My husband asked them twice if everything was in the bag. They said yes. When I called them I was told salad was there and I could pick it up. I'm already home.. I don't want it at this point. They hung up twice, put me on hold and guy was rude. I called grub hub and explained the situation. When the customer service guy called me back he said restaurant said we were confused.. what?! Confused about what? If you forget to put something in the carry out bag why not refund it right away? Thankfully grub hub refunded and gave me a positive experience to go with this bad one. Won't be ordering from here anytime soon.
