Feedback:

One of the most poorly managed dispensaries I've elected to do business with in Denver. It's shocking that they are still permitted to operate as a licensed business with such unreasonable business practices. When combined with uneducated employees and managers who have, unfortunately never been formally trained on standard POS systems, retail concepts and overall accounting practices, they are flying by the seat of their pants and will not be around for much longer, given then competitive climate. This was obvious within 2 interactions. They cannot manage to charge their customers stated prices using their systems without fumbling around or reversing transactions, much less provide a refund for a faulty product sold. I pity their investors and accountants and hope that another, more worthy management group is able to clean house and see success in this location. Until then, I will gladly travel out of my way to give my business elsewhere.
