One of the most poorly managed dispensaries I've elected to do business with in Denver. It's shocking that they are still permitted to operate as a licensed business with such unreasonable business practices. When combined with uneducated employees and managers who have, unfortunately never been formally trained on standard POS systems, retail concepts and overall accounting practices, they are flying by the seat of their pants and will not be around for much longer, given then competitive climate. This was obvious within 2 interactions. They cannot manage to charge their customers stated prices using their systems without fumbling around or reversing transactions, much less provide a refund for a faulty product sold. I pity their investors and accountants and hope that another, more worthy management group is able to clean house and see success in this location. Until then, I will gladly travel out of my way to give my business elsewhere.

I went to the North Location on Washington, come to find out they were closed (my fault). From there, I was told to head to the location on 7th! When I arrived everything went smooth, I used the ATM and got right in as nobody else was waiting in line (Wonderful). I get in there and the guy is "seemingly nice" as i get checked out and get home to look at my receipt. I specifically asked if I could get a half ounce and mix and match, he said"yes." *************So now as i look at my receipt i was charged for two quarter not a half! ************ OWNER - IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO TO REMEDY THIS MISHAP! INSTEAD OF SPENDING $70 i PAID $99.

Tried giving them one more chance today. Just another bait and switch text. 25otd for a gram of resin on the text. Get there and that's only if you buy 8 so really it's $200otd/8g. I knew better than to go to this low budget dispensary but convenience is a killer. Last time in here. Terrible attitude by both budtenders too. The one even sarcastically said "It says call for details. Those are the details."

Got a text about a deal as I am a rewards member. Drive out of my way to come here for the deal 30 mins after I received the text. To arrive and the deal not be available for another hour. Why would you send a text when the deal isn’t even available?? My schedule won’t allow me to come at a later time especially with traffic and I was told there was nothing they could do. Very dissatisfied, that’s all it took for me not to come back with all of the other dispensaries in the area.

Very disappointed.. stopped in for a deal of $27 for 1/2 oz shake, got charged like I bought buds. Also wanted 1g of live for their deal of $25.. didn't even get that one in the bag, but got a $31 g of live wax (which I did want, but would have appreciated the bud tender letting me know the live deal was more bang for my buck) if you want a guaranteed better selection and service head up the street to Peak.. Esp for veterans where we get a %20 discount to make it that much better

Bait and switch!! Watch out !! They hand out coupons and misinformation,and do not honor them and are mean and rude and guilt you and made me freaking horrendously mad.I spent over 3 hours driving between the stores in order to recover my ID, and they misled me to still return that they would honor the coupon . I am thinking about reporting Bait and Switch to authorities, since I was treated so poorly, especially by Alex and his manager. Who runs a business like this. Be sure to check your product before leaving the area if at all possible. I went there for some of the concentrates. I picked up 5 grams per their deal, all of which appeared to be solid. When I got home and started checking them out, one of them was empty. The packaging was sealed up but, nothing inside it. Not even the jar. Just an empty cardboard tube. I figured I could trust these people and didn't think to check everything. I'm hours and hours away. It was just a random thing to be in Denver and I don't know if I'll be back. Due to this, I understand that it is a difficult situation for them to handle.When I called, they were polite and probably would have been able to help me out if I was still in the area. They did ask me to bring everything in and they would look into it. I can't drive 6+ hours for a gram. He then offered to give me a pre roll next time I'm in town. That's pretty weak compared to losing $30 - $40 worth of concentrates, which I told him. He said he would give me an eighth and to ask for him. Again, difficult situation to deal with but, it should have never happened.The way I see it, these people sold me a $30 cardboard tube. It was the Mayflower brand. I wish I could just get my money back or the product but, I know that will never happen. For what it is worth, the stuff I actually got was pretty bomb! It's too bad that you can't trust them to give you the product. Be sure to check if they are actually giving you what you paid for!!

Had a Cannasaver ten dollar eight coupon that was dated March 27th (same day I went in) and they wouldn’t accept it stating they recently changed its prices and can’t change the system. Poor service and quality, as when I ask what your flower is testing at and you say 27% and when I buy it and it says 15% that’s pretty frustrating. Pay a few bucks more and go to a better dispensary.
