Be sure to check your product before leaving the area if at all possible. I went there for some of the concentrates. I picked up 5 grams per their deal, all of which appeared to be solid. When I got home and started checking them out, one of them was empty. The packaging was sealed up but, nothing inside it. Not even the jar. Just an empty cardboard tube. I figured I could trust these people and didn't think to check everything. I'm hours and hours away. It was just a random thing to be in Denver and I don't know if I'll be back. Due to this, I understand that it is a difficult situation for them to handle.When I called, they were polite and probably would have been able to help me out if I was still in the area. They did ask me to bring everything in and they would look into it. I can't drive 6+ hours for a gram. He then offered to give me a pre roll next time I'm in town. That's pretty weak compared to losing $30 - $40 worth of concentrates, which I told him. He said he would give me an eighth and to ask for him. Again, difficult situation to deal with but, it should have never happened.The way I see it, these people sold me a $30 cardboard tube. It was the Mayflower brand. I wish I could just get my money back or the product but, I know that will never happen. For what it is worth, the stuff I actually got was pretty bomb! It's too bad that you can't trust them to give you the product. Be sure to check if they are actually giving you what you paid for!!
