Love this dispensary!!! wish i cud give 10 stars but only can do 5. this provider grows the flower compared others who hire others to grow for them. you can tell he is a perfectionist cuz it shows in his flower. this is really high quality stuff; smells, R all different and BOOM >>LOUD! they make infused bath bombs omg im in love! edibles were a little slim but the staff said it was becuz they moved their kitchen during covid so they were behind. another customer leaving as I came in said normal they have tons of edibles and i guess kombucha so i will be checking that out. lockwood is a drive for me but theyar definitely worth the drive! oh and staff was so helpful! %posted pics; flower, concentrate but the hair is my cats, thc

I was in today and just had to voice my feelings at how amazed I am at the new Lighthouse team! You guys are awesome! I decided to leave a review and happen to notice the previous "joe" review. I am not sure which dispensary he actually went to, as I have been in this dispensary 2 to 3 times per week since signing with them. I know that they had some employee changes. Trust me when I say finding decent employees in Billings, MT is extremely difficult. As for flower being trimmed? I have been all over the country and specifically in Rec states. Ive seen whats out there. Even did a tour in a local garden down the road from them. Lighthouse Organics flower is always trimmed beautifully. Seeds? Wait.. this is a plant right? Once in a while I find a seed, maybe 2, ok maybe 3 max. But it is very rare. When I do find a seed, boy do I cherish them as I know how special Lighthouse's genetics are. And if I happen to find more than a few the staff there has always been good to weigh and reimburse the loss in weight which is so ridiculously minimal. I also noticed the "joe" dude was complaining about them getting rid of strains. Most GOOD providers will stay up on their game as far as new strains. Patients can be very fickle (I am) and prefer to see a new variety from time to time. I also understand that with the states laws constantly changing and w/ the high price of testing they've had to suffer as a small mom and pop provider. This is not a "jungle boys" corporate provider but one that grows on the micro level. I think "joe" is a spoiled brat or maybe just needs to go to a few other dispensaries around the area and try their moldy, pesticide laden medicine before his spoiled self talks such garbage. I love my provider! I could not be happier. Thank you Lighthouse for continuing to strive for the best, despite the years of struggle via state regs and unappreciative patients. You guys are truly the best!

I've been a patient here for a while used to be good quality. Now the good strains are all discontinued and the selection is 4 or 5 different strains only. Quality has gone to way down. Trimming looks like it was done by Ray Charles and Stevie wonder seeds galore. Hopefully we'll untether soon and then the quality providers will succeed and the inferior will go away. Used to really like the product here ..for the past 6 months or so it's been mediocre at best. People however are always friendly. Wish they'd get itmtogether

Why write anything here when my pics can do all the talking for me? 😉JK- I gotta say something...There's a new "sheriff" in the Lab at Lighthouse Organics! 😁 The former hash maker has been replaced by a Chemist. So, the days of failing for butane, selling people concentrate that will "off gas" on their counter, (if that's possible? 🤔🤔) and putting subpar concentrate into subpar packaging are long gone. 🙂 (storage, as a lot of us know is just as important as the process used to make it. 👌) & So are the people that worked there whose job performances were very similar to the quality of the oil being made. ☹️OK: Let's go ahead and let the photos do the rest of the talking: (Follow:@lighthouseorganics on Instagram for more details on all company related announcements. I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! I've been with them for almost a year now. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and knowlegable. They are up to date on the laws and keep their patients informed and I love that. Anytime I had questions or needed help finding a strain that worked for me, the staff was able to help. I highly recomend them! I had to come back and touch the quality- I've never had an issue of having too many seeds or anything in my product. The only issue I had was learning I was allergic to one of the Terpines (sp?) and they were quick to offer to replace the remainder of that purchase with something I could actually smoke. I didn't expect that and it was very much appreciated.I have also never felt rushed or unwelcome while there. I was actually 'that customer' one night who showed up literally with a minute to spare. The employees working still welcomed me in with a smile, and we're willing to pull some of their product back out if that's what I was looking for. They didn't have to do that at all, but I am grateful because I needed my medication bad that night. Just one of the many reasons I have no problem driving across town to get to them!

First and foremost the Medicine they dispense is the Cleanest I've ever had, as are the concentrates. Their staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They give a military Discount which helps the numbers a lot. They have several different strains to choose from with all sorts of fun names! Having gone through Montana Advanced Caregivers before I can honestly say that this cities dispensaries could learn a great deal from the product that Lighthouse grows and the proper CHEMICAL FREE ways to grow it. Their product is what they say it is and better you will never find Shake finely ground and being sold as Keef to put another 20$ in the companies pocket. I hope they keep up the good work and keep being the example of what the Montana Industry should be. I hope to hear of a heat press coming their way some day soon as well! Now for the not so cheerful. They seem rushed while trying to help patients get in and out, even when things are slow. While I understand the need to be able to help every customer in a timely manner and not have to stay all night. It seems a sense of, and I hate to use the word, professionalism or perhaps warmness can quickly be confused when put into a rushed environment. While I have no knowledge of the companies financing or ability to purchase knew equipment it seems that in 2018 there would be a faster perhaps more electronic way to handle the checkout process which may in turn relieve the pressure on staff and help make the days more relaxed and each patients visit more thorough. In the sense that, they would be able to concentrate more on helping patients and a bit less on keeping track of all the logs and paperwork. Not to mention use much less paper.I'm sad to say this review is no longer valid. In a rush to try and meet demands they started to lack quality control. On my last to visit, before switching to Uncle Bucks Veganic Medicine, I got concentrate that continued to (de-gas) on my counter for as long as 2 months before I finally discarded it. I was able to return thw first one and was assured the next would be better but was actually the same or worse. I can't speak much to the flower they produce as I only used concentrate. I hope to see bho become a thing of the past in MT and require al providers to use co2 or a Rosen press. Having switched to Rosen I will never go back to a BHO concentrate.

One of, if not the best place to get your medical smoke in MT. The owner and staff are a delight to talk with and they try very hard to answer all of your questions in a timely manner. The owner is constantly upping his grow game so his product is really good and keeps getting better. I was using a provider out of Bozeman but we just didn't vibe well and the product wasn't up to par to be honest, so give this place a try and I think you'll find the experience rather enjoyable.
