I was in today and just had to voice my feelings at how amazed I am at the new Lighthouse team! You guys are awesome! I decided to leave a review and happen to notice the previous "joe" review. I am not sure which dispensary he actually went to, as I have been in this dispensary 2 to 3 times per week since signing with them. I know that they had some employee changes. Trust me when I say finding decent employees in Billings, MT is extremely difficult. As for flower being trimmed? I have been all over the country and specifically in Rec states. Ive seen whats out there. Even did a tour in a local garden down the road from them. Lighthouse Organics flower is always trimmed beautifully. Seeds? Wait.. this is a plant right? Once in a while I find a seed, maybe 2, ok maybe 3 max. But it is very rare. When I do find a seed, boy do I cherish them as I know how special Lighthouse's genetics are. And if I happen to find more than a few the staff there has always been good to weigh and reimburse the loss in weight which is so ridiculously minimal. I also noticed the "joe" dude was complaining about them getting rid of strains. Most GOOD providers will stay up on their game as far as new strains. Patients can be very fickle (I am) and prefer to see a new variety from time to time. I also understand that with the states laws constantly changing and w/ the high price of testing they've had to suffer as a small mom and pop provider. This is not a "jungle boys" corporate provider but one that grows on the micro level. I think "joe" is a spoiled brat or maybe just needs to go to a few other dispensaries around the area and try their moldy, pesticide laden medicine before his spoiled self talks such garbage. I love my provider! I could not be happier. Thank you Lighthouse for continuing to strive for the best, despite the years of struggle via state regs and unappreciative patients. You guys are truly the best!
