They never give me the freebies they’re supposed to and most of their product is weak. And their people are NOT friendly at all. Most of the time they’re too high to communicate. No wonder they mess up my order nearly every time. Go to California City. We’ve only purchased from one dispensary there but they deliver to Rosamond.

I used to like the place - but suddenly they forgot how pricing works. If you want people to buy more product, the typical thing to do is offer better deals the more a customer goes up in quantity. Why should I buy an eighth at $40? Do the math. $10 a gram is one thing. But to charge $40 an eighth...where's the incentive for anyone to buy anything more than a gram at a time? People should do this: go order an eighth, but instead of an eighth of one item, just go with 4 separate grams of 4 separate items. That way it becomes a pain to deal with. Then at $40, with all the packaging included with four separate grams, the cost MIGHT be justified or something.

This used to be one of the best shops around, but they have become a literal nightmare to deal with. The staff, has mostly been incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They claim they prefer ordering in advance over the phone or online, however when trying to order over the phone, they have on multiple occasions left me on hold for upwards of 30 minutes just to blatantly hang up on me. As for the online aspect of it, it's extremely glitchy, slow, and often places your order for the following day, leading to you having to call and deal with the same issue had with being put on hold and hung up on. Today the staff screwed up and failed to fill an order placed over the phone, and the girl behind the counter had the nerve to throw an absolute fit about what was THEIR mistake and had the nerve to try and tell my wife she had to get in line to re order, even though the mistake was 100% on them. They are literally the worst.

Well I've been to alot of shops but this is MY SHOP... you have quality products and vary in diversity..Staff is all wonderful, efficient and knowledgeable. Always in and out as the budtendars know what they are doing, and security is always happy yet has a way of making you feel protected....I won't stop coming as long as you keep the pre-rolls special, just easiest for my arthritis and you always usually have 1gm concentrates in the 25-35$ range...I'm completely satisfied by product and personnel! You guys show em all how it's done😉
