The product arrived in a timely manner and as a first-time user, the system was super easy to set-up. So far, everything is working well and I am happy with the cameras. more

These cameras keep going offline! Quality not good. I keep getting motion detection went out right away nothing there! And can't get the online app to work to see what is causing the trouble. more

This company has shady online practices and refuses to do anything about them. I ensured I was on the CANADA portion of their website by selecting it at the top right. After browsing Camera Systems I settled on one that said it was $749.99. With the SAVE15 promotion, it brought it down to $636.65. So I proceeded to add it to my cart. Then I went to the cart, and the price still showed an Order Total of $636.65, Both with CANADA appearing at the top right and at the lower left a banner saying FREE FAST SHIPPING TO CANADA . However as soon as I hit check out... the price changed to $982.99 and an order total of $835.54. When I chatted and called, it said the website was showing me the American Price.Oh really? So only after someone hits checkout it will show the Canadian Price? What kind of business ethic is that? No where on the site did it say the price was in USD and I was accurate in being on the Canadian section of it.They refused to honour the mistake. Don't waste your time with this company. Go elsewhere

It is very bad app they change the app to new one and have a lot of issue on their app the old one was working good and after i had hard time to connect the cameras to the new app now the app turn of by it self once i open it this is very disappointing especially to happen in a security device I do not know how Costco allowing this product to be sold on its stores

?? 1/24/20 I will add to the long line of negative reviews. Obviously if you have this many negative reviews your company has an issue. I had issues with the NVR I bought from Costco with settings returning to default and not memorizing my configurations therefore not functioning properly. Technical support was as expected from reading the reviews, Horrible out of country technicians that do not speak fluent English. The guy absolutely did not know what he was talking about and was a total waste of time. I was going to troubleshoot this some more but after troubleshooting for a full day I give up and will return this system to Costco and will not go with Lorex again.System: N841 seriesI would not recommend I definitely should have came and looked at all these reviews before purchasing.

BUYERS BEWARE, I ordered 2 sets of security camera systems, remote and several wires were missing from order. We proceeded to install a couple of the cameras. Upon going into the dvr to view and possibly adjust, we got a message saying we were black listed, the cameras started dropping off the dvr not allowing us access. Requested a return no problem there, however lorex have had the returns in their possession since jan 9th, still no refund on my credit card, no supervisor to speak with, no corporate headquarters to contact. . A manager contacted me after the above review, and all has been resolved. Thank you.

Wish I could give them a -100 stars. The service is terrible. I had ordered a $3200 camera system and havent even recieved the NVR box. It's been almost 2 months. They have taken the money from my account and still haven't sent my complete order. Everytime I try to reach the company - I can't seem to get a hold of the customer service department or I have been given fake promises. I strongly advise going with a completely different company because it's not worth the hassle to go with Lorex. There are other companies that provide better service and faster delivery (and oh maybe there is more compentant people that work there). I am very tempted to switch to Swann. Maybe they would actually want my business.
