So, I've been to this place since they were located on autumn or had a different name, even though the budtender says other wise, look, if you want decent weed at a great price out the door, then lux is the place to go, most if not all prices include taxes, that's right, no trying to figure out what you can afford with tax added, what u see is what you pay. 5 bucks.means 5 bucks,.a $30 eight is exactly that, $30.

Bought two joints. They are rolled with a filter like a cigarette. Never have I seen that before. I think it's dumb to filter a joint. One of them taste like tobacco. Smells like a utralight. Everyone was nice and professional. I was in and out in less than four minutes.Edit. The second joint a sour diesel tastes like tobacco as well. Also has a cigarette filter on it with a manufacturing date over 8 months old. Lux is on my no go list for sure now.

I bought my first bottle of cannibus oil from here. When I took it home and opened it and read the label the list of ingredients didn’t include cannibus oil, but olive oil as the main ingredient and no cannibus oil. I had been a customer for a long time and never complained even when I didn’t like a product. The manager was defensive from the start and even began to psychoanalize me within the first minute and never explained why a $100 bottle of cannibus oil does not have any cannibus oil in the ingredients list. After all his defensive comments he told me that there are no returns at all. He could have said that in the beginning instead of insulting me. I’m not coming back to this place

I wasn't gonna make a post about this but it happened to a friend of mine that I recommended as well. I feel the need. Something's changed. No compassion, over priced, and they do not honor, anything they say on the web site,in my experience, my friend was told after ten min. of receiving the text no more specials. BAIT AND SWITCH..... Mind you he was gonna drop cash for cartages,a reg. twice a week! They could not would not honor their text. DONE

Stars are for the hospitality, everything else was the miscommunication. Essentially I just got my recommendation, via a digital copy, on the day I visited this establishment. I called prior to my visit to clarify if they accepted digital copies of a recommendation. The rep stated to email them my digital copy and come in. So I assumed it was ok and emailed them my digital copy. When I came in, the lady at the desk had to verify with the manager if digital recs are ok. In the end, I was told they needed a physical copy to be accepted since the seal of approval needed to be transparent.That's perfectly fine and I understand their guidelines, but why couldn't I have been told on the phone in the first place that physical copies are mandatory so that I don't waste my time coming in thinking digital copies are accepted? Not a huge deal since I went into another establishment.

SPAMMING JERKS!I'm not sure how my number got into their phone list, they probably buy it from somewhere. They will text me every two weeks. I called them personally to ask them to remove me, as well as reply "STOP" to their messages. No results, they kept texting me.So beware, this company does LOTS of spamming, and they don't provide anyway to remove from list. Best not to give them any real number, or any personal info. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

MedMar does not raise the bar for medical marijuana dispensaries. This place is quite possibly the worst one in SJ. I feel bad for whomever decides those toss their donation away on this dreadful place. I wasn't always like this I thought MedMar would be good. However, after my experience with the dried up meds and customer service that is absolutely poor! I would STRONGLY advise against anyone coming to this place for their meds.
