Feedback:

Stars are for the hospitality, everything else was the miscommunication. Essentially I just got my recommendation, via a digital copy, on the day I visited this establishment. I called prior to my visit to clarify if they accepted digital copies of a recommendation. The rep stated to email them my digital copy and come in. So I assumed it was ok and emailed them my digital copy. When I came in, the lady at the desk had to verify with the manager if digital recs are ok. In the end, I was told they needed a physical copy to be accepted since the seal of approval needed to be transparent.That's perfectly fine and I understand their guidelines, but why couldn't I have been told on the phone in the first place that physical copies are mandatory so that I don't waste my time coming in thinking digital copies are accepted? Not a huge deal since I went into another establishment.
