Feedback:
Doctors are great, take time with my energetic son. I m reviewing low stars because of the front office staff. The women always have attitudes, rolling eyes, snappy responses to questions you name it. Booking appointments are always difficult over the phone. I was on hold for 10 minute, called back to be placed on hold for another 5. I hope this message gets across to management because I have been with them for 2years now and they really need to talk with the front.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! This place is terrible!! Do not come here! The staff treats u like trash if u have Medicaid and they don’t care about your concerns and if u say no to them about anything concerning your child they will automatically report you to the police and cps this place is terrible and the doctors don’t even know what they’re doing. They’re rude and inconsiderate. Very unprofessional.

I've had the pleasure of experiencing Dr. Green and Dr. Vidal since I've been coming here the last 3ish years. I will give you my experience in detail:Dr. Green is incredibly insightful. She takes her time and explains everything clearly. She makes sure you get her undivided attention and has been incredibly helpful. I have five children, a few have special needs/circumstances that she is always considering and very knowledgeable about.Dr. Vidal is bright and very informative. She was once a research doctor and explains with great detail what you may want to know. If she doesn't have the answer, she makes sure to point you in the right direction to find it. She doesn't offer her patients much time, but she takes care of business and is very straight forward. Pros: Great doctors.Cons: wait time tends to be a while, no children's waiting area at new office, wait a long time for referrals and double check the paperwork.

The staff is absolutely horrible! The worst I've ever experienced. But Ms J, Dr Leventhal, is amazing! She's the only reason I go here. Ms J takes the time to let you talk and she answers any questions you may have. She's friendly, personable and very experienced in her field of medicine. Anywhere Ms J goes I'm following her!Sue

This medical group is so helpful to our young moms. When babies are sick, moms don’t always hear everything the doctor is saying because they are afraid for their babies.Every instruction is put in writing, allowing the moms to follow directions much better!

I'm a 63 yr old man who went for blood work at the quest first to sign in. waited 20 min among sick and coughing kids. Asked the receptionist to Dr. Leventhal to sit inside the office and she said no. I informed her I was going to wait outside in the 35 temp because I did not want to contract illness from the kids. I waited 40 min in the cold and left. I was told the quest tech called me inside the office and would not get me outside. What the heck is the matter with people! The receptionist and the lab tech could have gotten me. Is their no more humanity!!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment for both kids back to back, a very IMPORTANT one (for today 02/13/2019) , as my daughter has been having very serious asthma problems and they texted me THE MORNING OF, 1 hour before my appointment to say they cancelled it... who messages someone one hour before their appointment to cancel it? The office isn't even supposed to be open yet so if there are humans there, why couldn't they give me a courtesy call instead of the automated voice message/ text messages? Unprofessional to say that least and I've never even stepped through the door...

The office staff is horrible. When you call they put you on hold for 10 mins. Then hang up. And they talk to you as if you are nothing. But they fail to remember the only reason they get a pay check is because of us patients. They will block your calls and send you to a answering machine after you keep calling because they put you on hold for 10 mins. Then hang up on you.I had an emergency and returning a call. They are very disrespectful and belive me when i say malpractice my daughter was transferred to summerlin hospital because of the doctors lack of. Leaving my daughter at 17yrs old unable to have children.Besafe think twice before putting your childs life in the hands of a doctors office that is ran by children behind the desk. They also need to realise the only reason they have a job or a paycheck is because of WE THE PATIENTS . So the same way they want to be respected is the same way WE THE PATIENTS need to be respected. OUR LIVES GIVE YOU THE JOB YOU HAVE. learn bed side manners. Especially that guy Jesus this job needs maturity not immaturity.

Worst dr office whats the point of making an app if you still have to wait and people that get here after you get called befor you not only is that a big problem but they are always switching the doctors and when you go up to the counter to ask how much longer they dont care they say i need to talk to someone els first then talk to 5 other people and still does not check on wait just sit there at the desk laughing with the other nurse assistant will be changing doctors

I have been in Las Vegas for almost two years and have not had a good experience with any doctor's office out here. I was going to go back to LBC to go to my old doc, but I gave it one more try. I found A Las Vegas Medical Group with a Google search and decided to try it out. I don't normally leave reviews, but this place is awesome. Very thorough and very clean. The best part of my experience is Dr. Truong, Wow, awesome and so professional. She is on a pedestal in my eyes. I did not have to wait, I felt very comfortable and she did everything I needed and more. Thank you so much Dr. Truong, I have my new doc.
