Feedback:

The office staff is horrible. When you call they put you on hold for 10 mins. Then hang up. And they talk to you as if you are nothing. But they fail to remember the only reason they get a pay check is because of us patients. They will block your calls and send you to a answering machine after you keep calling because they put you on hold for 10 mins. Then hang up on you.I had an emergency and returning a call. They are very disrespectful and belive me when i say malpractice my daughter was transferred to summerlin hospital because of the doctors lack of. Leaving my daughter at 17yrs old unable to have children.Besafe think twice before putting your childs life in the hands of a doctors office that is ran by children behind the desk. They also need to realise the only reason they have a job or a paycheck is because of WE THE PATIENTS . So the same way they want to be respected is the same way WE THE PATIENTS need to be respected. OUR LIVES GIVE YOU THE JOB YOU HAVE. learn bed side manners. Especially that guy Jesus this job needs maturity not immaturity.
