Where is the zero star??? This is a horrible dispensary! No customer service whatsoever! I ordered $180 worth of products, drove 45min just to be told that they don't have a product that was the reason I ordered with them! I said it was fine got the rest and left. On my way I realized they had given me another wrong product for which I went back to exchange for the one I "bought". I get there and without being understanding the lady tells me I must have not been listening when she read my order to me(which was the same time we were talking about the out of stock product I didn't get). She refused my exchange and sent me off with a strain I usually stay away from. Thanks for ruining my day! I never usually write reviews, I just move on. But they messed up twice in under hour and no adequate customer service to follow. Come on! There are a lot of cannabis dispensaries across the Bay...They just lost a customer.
