Where is the zero star??? This is a horrible dispensary! No customer service whatsoever! I ordered $180 worth of products, drove 45min just to be told that they don't have a product that was the reason I ordered with them! I said it was fine got the rest and left. On my way I realized they had given me another wrong product for which I went back to exchange for the one I "bought". I get there and without being understanding the lady tells me I must have not been listening when she read my order to me(which was the same time we were talking about the out of stock product I didn't get). She refused my exchange and sent me off with a strain I usually stay away from. Thanks for ruining my day! I never usually write reviews, I just move on. But they messed up twice in under hour and no adequate customer service to follow. Come on! There are a lot of cannabis dispensaries across the Bay...They just lost a customer.

So this was my first time here. I have been to others, but found this one through an article. Entering in, I was welcome by two great employees, I didn't get their names, but they were really helpful. Once registered, I walked around in the shopping area, spoke with a young lady from Blank Brand about their products. Really interested in trying some so i got the pretzel caramel. Tony was my budtender and he help me choose some items for myself as well as my partner who is going through chemo. Overall, plus using my veteran's discount, I got some amazing stuff without breaking my pockets. This will definitely be our go to now. I need stuff for health and sleep issues and she will need things to get through chemo therapy. Thank you Magnolia Oakland.

I was impressed with the selection of pre-rolls, flower and especially the value-priced vape cartridges, all on sale at this legendary purveyor of delightful intoxicants. Beyond the huge selection of cannabis products, the best thing about Magnolia Oakland is the people who work there. They know about the specific characteristics of each of the cannabis products, and are willing to describe to you in great detail what your results will be.Beyond that, there is a registered nurse on the premises whose expertise in the medical aspects of this magical plant can help you with whatever ailment you would like to address with its healing powers.We were delighted to see a plate of delicious free cookies (which were not spiked with any sort of wondrous weed products) but were absolutely delicious nonetheless. It’s just one of the nice and welcoming touches of this homey and comfortable place. I was delighted to see that it includes tables where you can sit, use a variety of vape devices to try out your products, and meet some fascinating people.This is one of the best and oldest dispensaries in the United States, and certainly should be a stop on your worldwide cannabis tour, as it was for us. We’ll be heading back here every time we go to the Bay Area!

Updated for my last review Year : 20207 month after and this place still have 0 budget friendly products 0 medium prices products And plenty of 70 dollars products that you can get anywhere else for half the price. Save ur time and effort this place is not worth it Year : 2019 Super expensive $60 for the lowest quality flower , staff is OK , most of the time they have no options available, and ur left with only purchase a really expensive flower for no reason, that you did not want anyway.

Omg! Where to begin!? My budtender, Paul, was super friendly and informative. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable talking to him. He made the process very personalized and easy. This was also my first experience at a dab bar. There was alcohol and wipes present to clean the piece. Directions were pretty self explanatory and I was able to dab in peace! I would highly recommend this place! Everyone from the security guard to the budtenders are awesome! Also, I came on 10% off on concentrates day, Thursday. So it was nice having that discount on there as well! They also have daily specials😊 Overall 5 star experience for me!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of edibles, cool rewards programs and daily deals, but the real kicker is all the FREE classes from cooking to making your own concentrates, history of marijuana and it's various health benefits, both physical and psychological. They also offer free chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture services, as well as yoga and guided meditation. If you are a proprietor of dispensaries in the Oakland area Magnolia is the best in customer service, product selection, and educational and medical offerings and services. Highly recommend (pun very much intended). Enjoy!

Best dispensary in Oakland. They have a lot of top shelf choices. Which is what I'm there for. Also a great selection of topicals and concentrates. Free grams on a lot of days too. They get my return business.

So the video is just some strains that we wanted to buy!! This store is so nice and employees are friendly! If I remember correctly people can come in and buy the product and try it out on the store. They have stations for you and friends to just chill out and try the product. On our vacations this spot should had been our first stop at a cannabis store.

One of the coolest shops hands down. Awesome vibe, great products, knowledgeable, friendly and insightful budtenders are all characteristics that you can find at this shop. Had a blast at their Farmers Market this past Saturday (06/15/2019). Even the people who were coming into the shop all were friendly, and excited to be in the shop. I would recommend picking up the Heavy hitters "Fathers Day gift set" even after fathers day its a great little box set. With Heavy Hitter tube socks, battery and 1gram of "Grand Daddy Purp" indica* it's a great little combo.

Magnolia is in the top 3 of my favorite dispensaries anywhere. I’ve been coming in on and off since they first opened in I believe 2012. They had some of the best buds I’d seen at the time and they had heavy 8th day or BOGO deals weekly. As far as products, they always carry top of the line brands and farms. Magnolia is also very community based and creates a calm and compassionate atmosphere. If you’re looking for top notch products at a reasonable price, Magnolia is right for you.
