Feedback:

I went in today for a check up because of a tooth that had a hole in it. The whole experience took about two hours. One hour waiting in a separate waiting room. And another waiting in the back for x-rays etc. Nothing was done about my tooth accept an appt two weeks out. My face has been swelling on and off. I haven't eaten in almost two days. I have been getting no sleep. I also am getting married in two days. Nothing was done for pain. No ibuprofen etc. I have been taking 10-15 ibuprofen a day to keep swelling and pain down. They told me it was better for me to take 12600mg of ibuprofen a day then to give me a narcotic. Which I didn't care about. But that is 3x the allotted amount a human adult can take daily. She basically told me it was okay to keep overdosing myself to subside pain rather then actually do something themselves. If it had not been for the 1 hour delay I could have had the tooth extracted. When I called to complain she basically told me I was lying about the amount of ibuprofen I had told her I was taking. Then went on to say that I told her it was 200mg 10-15x a day. The Hippocratic oath does not apply to this dentist office. I will never be coming back. This was the most unprofessional visit to any dentist/doctor I have ever had. The dentist was very nice and caring but lacked the will to help someone properly who is in pain.
