This is the first dentist office I have found that genuinely listens, understands and cares. After a really bad experience as a teen I have not only avoided dentists but have been absolutely terrified of them. Every single person I encountered at my appointment today knew how to help me feel comfortable and I finally feel confident enough to get the work done I’ve been needing for years!

i love arbor! i’ve been going there for about 3 years now and they are so amazing. They are all so welcoming and nice and they make sure you feel comfortable! they’ve been very good to me! i got a tooth pulled and i was so scared but they made sure i was okay the whole time and they went slow. i had a tooth decay and they fixed it up for me no problem. they have not messed up on my teeth and they are all so sweet. i’ve gone in for fillings and it’s always been so quick and smooth. i love this dentist. the hygienist is also very good to.

I'm a new client. Today is my first visit. I have no dental insurance. I have no dental coverage.... everything's cash. I saved almost $700 just on this procedure, from what my old dentist was going to charge me for this procedure. Arbor, from my experience today, aeem professional, everybody was courteous. Everything seemed to go well, they seem to be knowledgeable. I was quite pleased and I basically saved 40 to 50 cents on the dollar by swapping up to Arbor.I gave them five stars.I strongly recommend them, but at this point I do not know a lot about them. However, so far I'm well pleased.

I really enjoyed my experience at Arbor dental they all were so nice an truly cared about you, and were very professional. Went the extra mile and referred me to a specialist about a long standing infection i had on my tung for several years an no other dentist had cought it or even had mentioned it before, but they did and referred me to a specialist to find out what what could be done about it . i am very great full to them .

I saw Amy (hygienist) and she was very friendly and thorough. I will ask for her specifically for my next appointment. I definetely recommend her as a hygienist.The dentist was thorough, but rushed. I didn't feel that my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I'm actually scared to go in and have my teeth removed. I asked to be put out for this and said that I would have to pay 500 just to have them put me out. The reason I am scared is because I don't do well at all with dentists working in my mouth. Other dentists (family health care) have screwed that up for me. They would not remove the pliers that were holding my mouth open, when asked. Also pried my mouth open when it was to inflamed to open. I really hope that they don't force someone upon me that I really can't do. I have to be put under, I don't think that they understand me when I say this. Please don't do this to me.

Usually a Good Experience. If anything contrary arises or anything that needs correcting, they inform you in simple terms, so that you fully understand All of your options. Very Nice & Caring individuals & Great Care in Any/All procedures done. I Appreciate these Dentists & Do recommend their office to My Family & Friends.

I went in today for a check up because of a tooth that had a hole in it. The whole experience took about two hours. One hour waiting in a separate waiting room. And another waiting in the back for x-rays etc. Nothing was done about my tooth accept an appt two weeks out. My face has been swelling on and off. I haven't eaten in almost two days. I have been getting no sleep. I also am getting married in two days. Nothing was done for pain. No ibuprofen etc. I have been taking 10-15 ibuprofen a day to keep swelling and pain down. They told me it was better for me to take 12600mg of ibuprofen a day then to give me a narcotic. Which I didn't care about. But that is 3x the allotted amount a human adult can take daily. She basically told me it was okay to keep overdosing myself to subside pain rather then actually do something themselves. If it had not been for the 1 hour delay I could have had the tooth extracted. When I called to complain she basically told me I was lying about the amount of ibuprofen I had told her I was taking. Then went on to say that I told her it was 200mg 10-15x a day. The Hippocratic oath does not apply to this dentist office. I will never be coming back. This was the most unprofessional visit to any dentist/doctor I have ever had. The dentist was very nice and caring but lacked the will to help someone properly who is in pain.

I must say my time with Arbor Dental has been one of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences from the time my first appointment was scheduled with excellence shown with their professionalism by calm,courteous, and comforting hospitality then continuing throughout with the care and service provided by their physicians was first class and really amazing. To each and everyone of you, Thanks !! :-)

I had a good experience for what i had to have done. An extraction due to a dying tooth that was also infected. Quick and easy. The only bad part was my tooth didnt take to the numbing very well, due to the infection and that was not the Drs fault. As soon as it was out i felt instant relief. This was my first visit and i will continue to be a reoccurring client!!
