Feedback:

I had my initial appointment with Arbor Dental. They took my x-rays and assessed my needs. We scheduled my next three appointments and off I went. Then they called to reschedule my next appointment because "dentist wasn't in." When I showed up, the receptionist told me my appointment was cancelled because the dentist "wasn't in" again (only 3 weeks later) and they called the wrong number to leave the message. (Irritating, but okay.) Then she tells me that she doesn't know if I'll get to see the dentist at all because they don't know what's happening with my insurance. Instead of calling to ask me if I would be willing to pay for my visit in the event that insurance dropped the ball, they just told me the dentist wasn't in. Well, now I've purchased a different insurance plan; I'm taking my money to another dentist. And when I called to cancel my other appointments with Arbor, she said, "Perfect!" instead of wanting to know why I was cancelling. See ya never!
