Hats Off!! This place hit the mark in every way. Stellar customer service from before I even walked through the door. The pleasant vibes continued through check-in at the front desk and right through to the product room. Nice aesthetics with top notch help from friendly and knowledgeable budtenders who land you nice deals on rather decent product in a great variety of price ranges. Even at your lowest price point, the herb was trimmed well and cured perfectly, resulting in spectacular product even with the cheap stuff. Killer. Move up to the pricier shelves and you are getting what you pay for and it is absolutely worth every penny. This is the only source you need for everything weed! A blessing for the West side. I'll be back.

They gave me alot of grief about my california resident status and my scanable medical rec. That works every where else ive ever gone. The security were the nicest people here. The bud was only ok. They also make you eat the entire 20% tax unlike most places will meet you almost half way sometimes. Because those shops want return customers. Oh well. In all fairness i dont live in this county so i probably wont be back anytime soon anyways. So im sure the loss of my business is no skin off their teeth. Heres 3 stars tho cause you security was super nice.

Despite the reviews being as mixed as they are, I decided to chance this place and give it a visit. From my experience, aside from trying to find parking which was horrible since it's across the street from what is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, Costco, my visit here was pleasant. The inventory was diverse in its brands, was relatively well priced, and most importantly to me, its staff was awesome. The Bud-tender who help me was very lovely and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all the differences between various products and brands and she provided me with her personal opinions on which ones were best for different needs. All in all, I enjoyed my trip here and can easily see myself stopping by again next time I'm in town.

ACL/MCL/MENISCUS RECOVERY when I went I wasn't too sure how much I would spend but you will spend a little bit more than other places they have quality weed quality Vapes and no joke the best edibles. As I ask the bartender for advice on edible for my knee pain she recommended BHANG CBD and THC it works so good honestly took all the pain away for a few days so at least they have the equipment that you're looking for not everyone is there just to get exploded hi I am actually needing this stuff for knee pain and it really is helping Marina caregivers thank you for helping me out when I'm going through a rough time and learning how to walk all over again. THE CHOCOLATE WORKS SO WELL I EVEN MADE A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE OF HOW DID I THOUGHT THAT WAS FUNNY BUT IT WORKS AND THEY SUPPLY HERE AT MARINA CAREGIVERS

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They call themselves caregivers but really they just wanna squeeze customers for cash. I should have checked their reviews... especially on Yelp but I didn't. There are plenty of other places to get meds from ...I just feel bad because I recommended this place to my friends and then now realize that they have zero customer loyalty. The people they are supposed to be servicing are sick, going back and forth is hard, we don't need extra hassel from a place we are trying to get help. Each time I had gone here I had bought over $400 of product. The last time I purchased two pens and their chargers amongst other things. I got home and tried one pen and it didn't work at all. I tried the other and it worked intermittently. I called and the rep on the phone said that the pens are sometimes faulty and to just bring it back for a return. Then the charger for the pen that worked started acting up and finally stopped working all together. I tried to take it apart and see if I could fix it (Im good with such things) but this was broken beyond repair and I figured I had to go in for the other items so ill just take this in as well. When I got in and explained the situation, the guy took out another pen and tested my pen and said that its working - I explained that sometimes it worked and others it just blinked red, HE DIDN'T CARE and just said that its working now and thats all that mattered. I talked calmly with him a bit but realized I can just bring it back when it stops working, then I asked him to change the charger and he said that I needed to pay for a new one. I told him that I had just bought it not two weeks before and it just stopped working and he JUST DIDN'T CARE. I asked him if he really wanted to lose a loyal customer for a 50cent item and he said that either I buy it or nothing. I took my stuff and left.How could these people call themselves caregivers??

My 13 year old pug has really bad joint discomfort and seizures. She also has a really hard time getting up and walking distances. Since I started giving her Treatibles that were recommended by my vet, she now has more energy. She goes for much longer walks and has started to play with her toys again. Before Treatibles none of that would happen. She seemed depressed, but since I've been coming to Marina caregivers to get Treatibles, she is a new dog with more life to live! They have a good selection, thank you!

One of the lady workers gave me an anxiety attack by yelling at me and dismissed me in every way and I was assaulted by the Manger and baned for no reason ! The owner dismissed even hearing about the incident whom made it very clear he did not want to hear my complaints about the unprofessional worker and the manager, which can easily be reviewed on there surveillance system l They do not care about your disabilities or anxieties. They just care about money. They should be removed from the community, There gonna get someone killed.

Im a working professional who enjoys to smoke, and i can tell you this place has a severly idiotic policy. when I went in (with my ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE and PASSPORT) they demanded additional proof that I was a California resident...which was VERIFIED WHEN I GOT MY MEDICAL CARD. The whole atmosphere was pretentious and annoying. The little "bouncer" didn't seem even remotely interested in helping despite me being as polite as possible. Shop for your bud literally anywhere else.
