Feedback:

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They call themselves caregivers but really they just wanna squeeze customers for cash. I should have checked their reviews... especially on Yelp but I didn't. There are plenty of other places to get meds from ...I just feel bad because I recommended this place to my friends and then now realize that they have zero customer loyalty. The people they are supposed to be servicing are sick, going back and forth is hard, we don't need extra hassel from a place we are trying to get help. Each time I had gone here I had bought over $400 of product. The last time I purchased two pens and their chargers amongst other things. I got home and tried one pen and it didn't work at all. I tried the other and it worked intermittently. I called and the rep on the phone said that the pens are sometimes faulty and to just bring it back for a return. Then the charger for the pen that worked started acting up and finally stopped working all together. I tried to take it apart and see if I could fix it (Im good with such things) but this was broken beyond repair and I figured I had to go in for the other items so ill just take this in as well. When I got in and explained the situation, the guy took out another pen and tested my pen and said that its working - I explained that sometimes it worked and others it just blinked red, HE DIDN'T CARE and just said that its working now and thats all that mattered. I talked calmly with him a bit but realized I can just bring it back when it stops working, then I asked him to change the charger and he said that I needed to pay for a new one. I told him that I had just bought it not two weeks before and it just stopped working and he JUST DIDN'T CARE. I asked him if he really wanted to lose a loyal customer for a 50cent item and he said that either I buy it or nothing. I took my stuff and left.How could these people call themselves caregivers??
