I have been driving to Manitou for my head shop needs because I refuse to spend money at any Mary Jane’s location. They each have the WORST customer service and prices. Their items are poorly-made and completely overpriced for the quality. I guess that’s what happens when you hire high schoolers with addiction issues and continually rob returning customers. They had the glass tubing I wanted for my at work. But they really didn't realize what size of tubing was which price. It iis fun to make things with glass and interesting all the artistic value these pot smokers put into the paraphanillia used to smoke their stuff in.. I was thinking on making one of my own because there is Indian herbal mixtures that can help me stop smoking cigarettes... But the big question is why an I being questioned about where I go and what it is that I find wherever I go..

Who needs the hassle they never have what I need and there is always excuses. They must do well with the tourists because they sure don't want your repatriation business here! I guess aI will spend somewhere that is actually trying to help you and not themselves to your wallet! No deals no enthusiasm just here it is buy it or don't. My strong advice is shop somewhere else. No returns here!

My boss bought a display model Puffco Peak that never worked and they’re forcing the return through the manufacturer. My boss is a local business owner, and we wouldn’t dream of giving any of our customers the shaft like Mary Jane’s Glass Haberdasher did to him. The staff member, Alex, called the owner and her response was to not provide an exchange nor a refund. Someone buys something defective from your shop, you accept a return and damage it out back to the manufacturer. That would be the right way to treat your local customer. Just bad business here. Shame on you guys.

If I could give a rating of 0, I would. AWFUL COMPANY!! They ONLY want your money. I paid for a service, they didn't provide it. They only wanted more and more money. This is one of the WORST companies I have ever worked with.** EDIT: I am adding onto my original post due to the fact that I DID NOT post this per ANYONE other than myself and MY PERSONAL dealings with this company. There is no false information given and none of this has to do with "Ms. Taylor". This is solely to do with information not being delivered by the company after a service they provided and we PAID OVER $2,200 for. Do NOT LET THEM DESIGN YOUR WEBSITE.

So Amazingly extraordinary is the perfect definition for this sweet shop!! So much so they won the best of Pueblo award again. Congratulations! The selection and discounts are awesome and helpful and the customer service is above and beyond anything else in this town or anywhere else I've been! they're helpful, kind, and genuinely truly amazing people!! Definitely 10 Stars and a must-see for all your smoking needs.

Great eclectic shop with all your cbd products, clothing, coffee, smoking accessories, etc. I went in looking for a clearance section, and was treated to a free hat pin to boot! Huge store with too much stuff to list, but if you want a unique gift for someone, this is the place to go. Seriously, there's even stuff for your yard in there.

The staff is superb. The epic praise from 95% of the reviews confirms that much. Shop is beautifully laid out with enticing displays that has the buyer wanting to browse for days. The atmosphere is intoxicating with a scent of heady incense that leaves you wanting to find a sofa where you can sit and enjoy the aura for hours.... and then you see the price tag. OUCH! EVERYTHING comes to a screeching halt. WTF? Is this shyt gold plated or is the mark up a way to say you only want doctors and lawyers with boocoo bucks frequenting your establishment?All of a sudden you see a little clearer when you look around. You start to choke on the thick smoke coming from that nauseating incense, the aura disappeared and all you sense now is snobbery.Yes, the staff is great but go in and ask for something not on display. Something they keep gotten under the register. Something that causes that friendly staff to turn their nose up at you.Lol @ Mary Jane's hypocritical hype.

I thought this place was cool until I went back because my pipe broke to replace it. I had to give them my driver's license for proof. I then went straight to starbuds and no driver's license. I call them right away and No we don't have your license here. So I drive all the way back. Somehow with me being there in person for 10 minutes saying I haven't been anywhere else they all the sudden have it. Hummmm makes you wonder what they were going to do with it. It was like magic. I won't be going back there even though I know I lose the replacement deposit. Something just didn't seem right about it ☹️. My sister was with me she also felt something wasn't right. Just saying......
