My boss bought a display model Puffco Peak that never worked and they’re forcing the return through the manufacturer. My boss is a local business owner, and we wouldn’t dream of giving any of our customers the shaft like Mary Jane’s Glass Haberdasher did to him. The staff member, Alex, called the owner and her response was to not provide an exchange nor a refund. Someone buys something defective from your shop, you accept a return and damage it out back to the manufacturer. That would be the right way to treat your local customer. Just bad business here. Shame on you guys.
