Feedback:
After going to Kaiser SEVERAL (over 10) times, going to 2 Osteopathic appointments, 2 Physical Therapy appointments, and having x-rays done, other testing done, and even going to the Primary Care doctor... and ASKING FOR SOMETHING THAT CAN REDUCE OR ELIMINATE THE PAIN I'M HAVING... they kept disregarding the level of pain that I was in - and it had already been 6 months of me being in pain. The appointments were scheduled out almost a month, and so- I thought that this company was going to be the one that would be beneficial to my health, but they've made my health worse than when I was taking my own methods of helping my health (the organic, natural, holistic approach). They failed to meet the expectations of providing excellent member service, and thus- I had to write this review to warn others. They seem to lack in the compassion, understanding, and care department.Have a "back-up plan" when it comes to your health. (Have more than 1 plan even.) This company needs some serious help.
