Feedback:
to start my Dr. perscribed me a super ineffective perscription and I felt was poor quality overall. Then they overcharged me for my visit and said they were going to fix it. Without contacting me they immediately sent it to collections.If you try to call their billing it just goes to voicemail. Which will be my first derogatory mark in years. Overall a horrible experience.

I have been a KP member for many years. I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes to be seen and the doctors and staff are professional and efficient. The pharmacy is slow, but so are the competitors. Lot's of prescriptions and paperwork that over inundate staff. My appointment with specialists has gone well and overall, a great experience.

Recently moved to this area. Set up appointments for me and 21 year old son to establish care and get prescription refills. PA Joyce Hogan was fantastic, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am thrilled we found our new provider and we both got excellent care at KP Lynnwood.Update 8/13/19I'd like to take back 4 stars. I saw a doctor and got a prescription for magic mouthwash. Went to pharmacy and was told it wouldn't take more than 30 minutes. An hour later the pharmacy tech said "It's not my fault they wrote the prescription wrong." Very unprofessional. He said it was too expensive the way the MD wrote it. So he sold me one ingredient and I had to purchase the other 2 ingredients (over the counter) and mix it myself. On top of that, I can't get reimbursed for it from my FSA account because even though I had a prescription for the combined item, since it wasn't combined by them it wasn't covered, so I'm out almost $50. How completely unprofessional and ridiculous. The tech even had the nerve to say he was giving me the one ingredient as "service recovery" and then charged me anyways. I was just in Portland to help my brother pick up his meds at his Kaiser in Portland, they were very professional and fast. Nothing like the Lynnwood pharmacy.

Just went in today after making an appointment earlier in the week for a physical. Was seen promptly (earlier than my appointment time!), and the nurse practitioner answered all my questions respectively and thoroughly. Everyone was super pleasant and professional from checking in to taking vitals. It was overall as good an experience as it could be. Definitely reassured me of my fears despite all the other negative reviews.

Beautiful location within an urban green belt. I appreciate how many windows there were to see the surrounding forest. Often I feel trapped underground in doctor offices but even in my exam room there was a window to the outside!Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, little to no wait time and my doctor was friendly, plus a great listener. He understood my concerns, taking into account what kind of medication I didn't want to take and also was sensitive to the fact that I couldn't afford an expensive prescription and offered alternatives.Possibly the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a doctors appointment?!

Actually, I want to write about the people whining about the company, GROW UP! You waited? Did it ever occur to you the person being seen before you was actually having a cardiac event during their visit. If that was you, would you want the staff to stay with you or say, sorry, I have a 930 right behind you, get out, that person's time is important too? Grab a book. Knit. Relax. Know that these people are trying to make quality decisions about you.

I had my first visit. The staff was polite but the doctor had no idea what was wrong with me. Instead of doing an allergy test at that visit they told me to come back at a later date to get one. They had me do blood tests instead that were negative. And it feels like you're cattle being pushed around with your number. There is no real personal experience with anybody which is unfortunate because I'd like a doctor I feel safe with. I got the idea that all this company wants is money instead of helping people. They tried pushing a pap and a flu shot on me instead of addressing the problem I came in for. I had to wait an hour for a prescription of facial cream. It was probably the worst experience at the doctor that I have had. I only have this insurance because my work provides it. Otherwise I would cancel and find somebody else.

If I could give it NEGATIVE stars I would. Kaiser has consistently provided the WORST experiences I've had with any healthcare providers. They are never on time. If you have an appointment set, expect to wait at least 40 minutes before you actually get into a room and then another 30 until the doctor comes in. Each doctor I've seen at any Kaiser facility has told me false information and straight up lies.Their pharmacy is horrendous. It takes at least an hour each time to get a prescription, even if I call in the refill hours ahead of time. They NEVER have it ready. The hours are unacceptable and their lack of compassion for their patients is insane. I will never and would never recommend Kaiser to anybody. In fact everyone who tells me they have it or are thinking of getting it I tell them to leave or look for something else because if they use Kaiser nothing will ever be resolved.

Kaiser mail pharmacy has many many billing problems !! I received the wrong prescription. Called to let them know. They were very sorry and mailed my original medication. But..... charged me for the wrong and right prescription. Noticed the charge on my credit card and called them. What they told me was stunning and unbelievable. They were sorry but I didnt notice their mistake fast enough so rhey were keeping my money ?? I complained about this. But received no returned funds. Just people saying “ they cant do that, let me look into this” I removed my credit card and didnt use mail order for some time. Once again went back to mail order. Guess what. Charged my credit card AND mailed me a bill. They are saying they didnt charge my credit card. I went to the bank and got proof they charged me and they STILL insist i owe them money. Never had a problem with the lynnwood pharmacy. They are great. But beware of mail order. Now i expect a answer to my post. It will say so sorry. Please contact customer service to straighten this out. Trust me. KP is never letting loose of my $50 over payment for mailing wrong prescription.

I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE with Kaiser as a whole...I have spoken with customer service and someone from their complaint department and as of today NOTHING has been resolved..the rep for my employer is a liar. Yep i don't care for you at all. the Dr.s I saw was nice but I don't care for your process of taking care of your patients. you make things harder on your patients. I have to sign a release of information to release my own paperwork back to me that i faxed over to you. Freaking idiots. Thank you Linda Manager of Lynnwood Clinic.
