All of the staff members; the gentlemen at the sign-in desk, the very sweet RN who took my vitals, the X-ray technician, the nurse who came to run blood work, and of course the attending physician, provided awesome patient care! They made me feel 100% cared about and treated me like a human being despite seeing tons of patients and probably dealing with many frustrating occurrences on a daily basis. The waiting area was clean, quiet and they offered a warm blanket while I waited. I did not mind spending 3 1/2 hours at this urgent care and should I need to go to urgent care again, this is my first choice! Thank you to everyone who took great care of me! :)
