I recently had to go to an Urgent Care facility for abdominal pain. Not knowing which Urgent Care to choose, I researched and chose Vista because its an all in one facility. It turns out I needed to have a chest X-Ray, CT scan, and blood work. It was very convient to have everything all in one place rather than having to go to the hospital for more testing. The doctor, Dr. Belanoff, was efficient, professional, and caring. I was very impressed with the cleaniness, and promptness here.

If you’re like me and pay for your medical bills out of pocket don’t go here. They charge 100 to start and everything else is unknown. For millionaires price wouldn’t matter. Best advice late night visit go to Temecula urgent care super reasonable price and know the price up front. Normal hours just call around the area. Normal cost everywhere else is 150-85 beginning cost. Tests range from 20 to 40 if they have to send the test out it would be close to 90. Xrays are 40 to 80. Be smart with your money doctors get the same education. Healthcare shouldn’t make you poor. Superrrrrr slow at sending the bill out.

Worst urgent care! My daughter went injust a bit past 8pm, checked in and they could get our insurance straight. So by the time they took her in all the Dr had to say was he would give a prescription for flu but wouldn't know till next day. She told them her throat was soar and she felt congested and he disnt even bother to check her throat or nasal. He asked if any possible she could be pregnant and she replied possible yes but didnt think so and he didn't even bother to run a pregnancy test yet gave her a prescription for Tamaflu, then they forgot to give her the note for work

Unprofessional. Bad Service.Poor Service.I went there the first time they refused Service. Said that I have to pay $180. Because they did not verify my insurance. They said I don’t have coverage. But I did.Finally they accepted me . I waited for one hour but no service.Everyone else went in for treatment even the people who came in after me.So I left untreated.How worse can it get ?I don’t record this place to anyone.

I love everything Scripps except this Urgent Care... today was the first time I've ever used them. Not only was the wait super long, Dr. Sinhey (sp) was unprofessional and rushed. She didn't ask me any of my symptoms. She didn't even do a thorough examination. And it took her 5 hours to call me with the results, and that was after I called the office three different times asking for my results. I will stick with Uggent Care 8-2-8 in Oceanside from now on.

Front desk staff is amazing! Definitely go out of their way to make sure you're well taken care of! Nurses and doctors running the show are phenomenal! I seriously can't believe how attentive they are to your needs! Highly recommend if you need urgent care!Place is well staffed and the way they coordinate is exceptional!

All of the staff members; the gentlemen at the sign-in desk, the very sweet RN who took my vitals, the X-ray technician, the nurse who came to run blood work, and of course the attending physician, provided awesome patient care! They made me feel 100% cared about and treated me like a human being despite seeing tons of patients and probably dealing with many frustrating occurrences on a daily basis. The waiting area was clean, quiet and they offered a warm blanket while I waited. I did not mind spending 3 1/2 hours at this urgent care and should I need to go to urgent care again, this is my first choice! Thank you to everyone who took great care of me! :)

This place is great! I needed an Urgent Care that opened up early and they open at 8am. I was the first one there and the friendly staff got me right in and started. 9 stitches and an X-ray of a broken finger later and I was on my way. I liked it so much and found out that they offer primary care, that I am going to take advantage of this. Next thing I need to do is schedule a physical here.

Front desk people are great. The nurses were ok. The doctor doesn’t have the best bedside manner. But the big reason for the 1 star review is this: I go in to get my symptoms checked and it turns out i have a UTI... the doc puts me on an antibiotic and has me give a urine sample.. she says, she will call in 3 days when the test results on the urinalysis come back to let me know if the antibiotic that she put me on is the right one.. 3 days later... no call.... I call them and it turns out they somehow threw my sample away instead of sending it to the lab... they have me come back in so i can just give another urine sample... they tell me, no wait, just come in, give the sample and you will be able to see the results in your myscripps chart online in 3 days... Not only did i have to wait 25 minutes when i got there, but it’s now 3 days later and there are no results for that urinalysis in my chart smfh..

Best urgent care I've been to for a weekend or after hours doctors visit; the staff was great however the physicians assistant was only ok but I got the prescription we needed for my sons sinus infection within 2 hours. I particularly like that it's a Scripps Clinic location and close to my home. I only give 4 stars because the PA was a bit lacking.
