Feedback:

Front desk people are great. The nurses were ok. The doctor doesn’t have the best bedside manner. But the big reason for the 1 star review is this: I go in to get my symptoms checked and it turns out i have a UTI... the doc puts me on an antibiotic and has me give a urine sample.. she says, she will call in 3 days when the test results on the urinalysis come back to let me know if the antibiotic that she put me on is the right one.. 3 days later... no call.... I call them and it turns out they somehow threw my sample away instead of sending it to the lab... they have me come back in so i can just give another urine sample... they tell me, no wait, just come in, give the sample and you will be able to see the results in your myscripps chart online in 3 days... Not only did i have to wait 25 minutes when i got there, but it’s now 3 days later and there are no results for that urinalysis in my chart smfh..
