Feedback:

Needed flowers for family funeral in MI, I'm in CA. Choose Teleflora @first. Placed the order by phone, forgot something, and tried to call back. Had a hard time, couldn't get through. With in minutes, they had charged my account. In calling they gave an option of getting a call back in stead within 10 minutes, after hours, no call back. So became concerned and started searching for a florist by the funeral home that was affiliated with Teleflora ,Found Donna&Larry's. So it was a mess, Donna jumped right in to help, trying to cancel my other order, while trying to accommodate my new order. What a wonderful person. I will recommend her to everyone I know. Pricing is reasonable, the service is a 10, and they truly take heart at creating their product to please their customers. What a wonderful, pleasant, caring person Donna is. Thank you so much.
