Donna delivered the flowers and followed up with a phone call to make sure I retrieved them from my front door step. It’s clear To me that she cares about her customers. Needed flowers for family funeral in MI, I'm in CA. Choose Teleflora @first. Placed the order by phone, forgot something, and tried to call back. Had a hard time, couldn't get through. With in minutes, they had charged my account. In calling they gave an option of getting a call back in stead within 10 minutes, after hours, no call back. So became concerned and started searching for a florist by the funeral home that was affiliated with Teleflora ,Found Donna&Larry's. So it was a mess, Donna jumped right in to help, trying to cancel my other order, while trying to accommodate my new order. What a wonderful person. I will recommend her to everyone I know. Pricing is reasonable, the service is a 10, and they truly take heart at creating their product to please their customers. What a wonderful, pleasant, caring person Donna is. Thank you so much. If your looking for the best florists in town that gives your personal detail and attention this is it. I randomly selected Donna and Larrys Florist because i wanted a florist close to where i was sending some flowers. I placed order online. Next day Donna called to let me know about a box that would really display my cake floral arrangement beautifully. It was 10 dollars more but she wanted it presented right. She allowed me to decide of i wanted it. She didnt even have to call but she was so sweet and really cared about how her floral arrangement are displayed. She delivered the BEAUTIFUL BIRTHDAY CAKE ARRANGEMENT TO MY GOD MOM and even called me to.let.me know she put it out of the sun near porch so it wouldn't be drained from the sun.. When i tell u she paid attention to detail and was so personable. This is the best florist. Service..attention..beautiful arrangements and price!!!!! Im.ordering another for Fathers day!! I don't usually do alot of reviews but i said i must rave about this business.. Im so pleased. Here are some pics Donna sent to.me after she delivered my cake flowers that she sat out of the sun. (I hope the pics upload. This is my first time trying to put pics with this message).She even made sure the recipient had instructions personally on the care of it. Thank you Donna and Larry. I ordered an arrangement to cheer up my 88 year old mother-in-law who is in a local rehab facility after hip replacement surgery. During these very difficult times when most businesses are short staffed, they were unable to deliver the flowers as requested because the staff was busy with patients and not managing the locked front door. They could have left the flowers in the lobby, but instead they took them back to their shop and delivered them the next morning. I felt this was very thoughtful and showed concern to get the flowers delivered safely and in good condition. I have done business with Donna and Larry’s throughout the many years I have lived in Novi and will continue to support my local florist! Great, caring service!Susan Graham, Novi, MI

I called Donna’s flowers from Massachusetts to order flowers for a friend who is terminally ill.Donna went above and beyond the customer service Expectations. She was so very helpful and searched for the flowers I was looking for. She messaged me to let me know she was able to procure the sunflowers and greens. She was thoughtful to the situation at hand and helped with graciousness and compassion. She allowed me to take my time and helped with every step. I truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and caring during this time of sadness. I highly recommend Donna and Larry’s Flowers.

I cannot say enough nice things about Donna's and Larry's flower shop.I ordered flowers to cheer up my daughter yesterday. Turned out she was sick didnt go to work and so I called Donna and she was so kind and so supportive. She said she would deliver them today. I called today and not only did she remember me she made a whole new flower set up to make extra sure they would be fresh for my daughter today. She didnt have to do that but because i was worried they would not be fresh she did it for me . What a sweet lady. Going the extra distance to keep me and my daughter happy meant the world to me. Thank you Donna and Larry’s Flower Shop in Northville, Michigan.The all white sympathy standing arrangement is just beautiful. I had a vision of what I needed and your artistry brought it all together for our family. The white roses, mums, carnations, daisies, and other white flowers with the elegant greenery added to the theme of the funeral service and expressed our heart felt sympathy for the family. It was very important to me that the flower arrangement was fresh and full of flowers. Due to Covid-19 only the immediate family was allowed to attend. My brother-in-law phoned us to comment on how nice the flowers were and he sent a picture. I also want to thank you for going the extra step and contacting the funeral director about the time for the service since it was not listed. I will highly recommend your shop as you took the time to speak to me and created the product I envisioned.
