I ordered an arrangement to cheer up my 88 year old mother-in-law who is in a local rehab facility after hip replacement surgery. During these very difficult times when most businesses are short staffed, they were unable to deliver the flowers as requested because the staff was busy with patients and not managing the locked front door. They could have left the flowers in the lobby, but instead they took them back to their shop and delivered them the next morning. I felt this was very thoughtful and showed concern to get the flowers delivered safely and in good condition. I have done business with Donna and Larry’s throughout the many years I have lived in Novi and will continue to support my local florist! Great, caring service!Susan Graham, Novi, MI
