Feedback:

I have ordered flowers from D&L before with great results. However, this time, the flowers were delivered a day late with a $15 delivery fee applied to the order. Around 9:30 at night on Mother's Day, they chose to contact the recipient, not the buyer(me), to inform them that the flowers would be late. It was disappointing to have to receive that news from my mother instead of D&L. When I called to get this $15 fee corrected, they understandably claimed COVID affected their deliveries. COVID has financially hurt us all, and it is great that they can even stay operational during this. In my case, COVID has already caused my wages to be cut severely.In light of COVID, a late delivery is understandable, making the customer pay for it is not.In the end, they refused to refund the delivery fee.
