I absolutely HATE having to deal with Kaiser!I am assisting my elderly mother with her medical needs, we have completed the form so they can deal with me but most often they cannot locate it in their system- sometimes I'm lucky and they can. She had been living in the San Fernando Valley So Cal and is now with me in the High Desert Victor Valley area. I am unable to change her address and because of that I can't set up the KP app on my phone to facilitate using their services. I work full time and have little time to spend on all this extra BS. So fed up with their inefficiencies.
