I absolutely HATE having to deal with Kaiser!I am assisting my elderly mother with her medical needs, we have completed the form so they can deal with me but most often they cannot locate it in their system- sometimes I'm lucky and they can. She had been living in the San Fernando Valley So Cal and is now with me in the High Desert Victor Valley area. I am unable to change her address and because of that I can't set up the KP app on my phone to facilitate using their services. I work full time and have little time to spend on all this extra BS. So fed up with their inefficiencies.

Dr. Savery is the doctor I saw when I went in with a laundry list of symptoms to which she laughed at me countless times due to me being "dramatic" only to misdiagnose me with GERD when I actually had acute sphenoid sinusitis. Maybe listen to your patients before you dismiss their symptoms. I should have been on antibiotics this entire time but you found humor in my complaints.

The care is great however the nurses can use a bit more training. It's been two occasions where I've sat in the lobby for hours and tried to flag one down to find out they've made an error. I could have avoided that if they'd care to actually take the time to take my name and find out the issue but they're in such a hurry and fully trying to avoid you. It's frustrating, have some compassion. I understand many ask how much longer but that wasn't my issue my issue was to ensure I was in the correct area for the correct doctor and to double check because twice now I've been sent to a doctor or a nurse that couldn't perform the visit that I needed. Scheduling error yes but still if they took the time to listen it could have been avoided. You feel like your bothering them.

So glad I made the choice a year ago to change from united healthcare to Kaiser. I was taking a chance postponing breast cancer treatment a few weeks but HD care was so poor I felt I really had no choice. Kaiser moved quickly and I was in Fontana one week later than I would have been . Dr. CHAN, LAB DEPARTMENT HERE , CHEMO DEPARTMENT, DR.MORTON AND DR.K in radiation were all amazing. HD provided transportation so I didnt have to drive to Ontario daily for over six weeks. You saved my life and I am so grateful.

Urgent Care wait times are INSANE! 2 to 3 hours. This is unacceptable. Finally did get a same day appointment for my son. Dr. Latina was assigned to him. I had to argue and fight to get antibiotics for my son's SEVERE throat infection. He told me they only prescribed antibiotics for strep throat infections and not other throat infections and I had to wait two days for the culture to come back. WHAT????? He then finally prescribed the antibiotics but then made a comment I thought was so out of line. He said "if he was my child I wouldn't give him those antibiotics" Are you kidding me???!!!! Guess what? Strep culture came back positive. Then he argued with me about my son's flu shot. I told him he just had one a few months ago. He told me it's required to have two a year. I also questioned him about the flu shot while my son was very ill. Horrible doctor!!!! I'll be discussing with my son's father to transfer him to my insurance and cancelling Kaiser.

My best friend went to Dr. SINGH. She had a stroke in April. After testing this thing of a Dr. Told her to quit being a baby and go back to work. I can tell you in the 44 years I've known Anna Marie McGrew she has mentally changed. Her ability to remember things has decreased tremendously. She cognitive ability has been damaged. For a professional Dr. To speak to her patients is outrageous. I went to Kaiser for years. My father used to know everyone on the board before his passing 1984. She has not received any after care treatment. No rehabilitation. This is really uncalled for. That doctor Needs to lose her licenses. They want her to go back in September and there is no way she can. She needs to see a GOOD neurologist and get a better primary doctor. If she lived here in Texas I would make sure she saw someone better. This is very unprofessional..

I love kaiser and every kaiser I’ve been too including the Victorville one excellent !! Once I went kaiser I would never go back to any other insurance.I’ve always been pleased nice doctors quick service to be seen and than they take their time with ur visit and answer any questions or concerns u may have💯👍 and with my doctor and staff whenever I email them I get response within a day or two real fast

Poor service..so dissapointed with Medical assistant and MD, didnt even offer to have you wear a hospital gown so they can fully check on you and do some test..so disappointing paying a high monthly payment for poor service, less than 10 minutes seeing you MD for high monthly premiums and with 25.00 copay.. it's just all about money. Now no quality of care

Worst hospital ever!! Dont pay the crazy prices for kiaser because they help everyone so wait times are over 1 month and they just dont care about anyone. The front desk worker was extrememly rude when I asked if I can make an appointment. Cant wait to move so I dont have to deal with this terrible hospital. This is part of the reason why quality of life has gone down in the HD.

We have been members of Kaiser for about 40 years. Usually get care at Fontana or Ontario. I recently visited the Urgent Care at Victorville. Received excellent care from Dr. Owen, and professional interactions from all the nurses and clerks. The facility is new, clean and the pharmacy sped us through like a well oiled machine. Glad to have a clinic so close to home.
