Feedback:

Urgent Care wait times are INSANE! 2 to 3 hours. This is unacceptable. Finally did get a same day appointment for my son. Dr. Latina was assigned to him. I had to argue and fight to get antibiotics for my son's SEVERE throat infection. He told me they only prescribed antibiotics for strep throat infections and not other throat infections and I had to wait two days for the culture to come back. WHAT????? He then finally prescribed the antibiotics but then made a comment I thought was so out of line. He said "if he was my child I wouldn't give him those antibiotics" Are you kidding me???!!!! Guess what? Strep culture came back positive. Then he argued with me about my son's flu shot. I told him he just had one a few months ago. He told me it's required to have two a year. I also questioned him about the flu shot while my son was very ill. Horrible doctor!!!! I'll be discussing with my son's father to transfer him to my insurance and cancelling Kaiser.
