Feedback:
The doctor I visited was very helpful. Although, I believe that they should have a walkthrough with their receptionist on hospitality and good manners. I took my mom in for a visit and asked if the receptionist spoke Spanish because English is a difficult language to speak for her. She continued to roll her eyes, pause and say no. I am all about giving good reviews on enjoyable experiences but this was not acceptable.

I’ve been here two times now, and each time was a really great experience. The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The doctors are amazing. I like the doctors here more than my actual doctor. They go the extra mile, and really seem to care. I usually end up waiting a little over an hour, but it’s worth it. I definitely recommend this place! My only wish is that they would turn on the closed captioning for the TV in their waiting room.

My experience was great. The staff was cheerful, patient, efficient. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant but best of all the Doctor listened to me. She provided a solution by adjusting my previous prescription written by my primary physician who does not listen to me. Her adjustment is working good and I expect a full recovery. The follow up call on Saturday to see how I was feeling was a present surprise. On that shows you really care. If in the future I need an urgent care, my choice will be to drive 30 minutes to your clinic. Thank you

Very clean facility. Professional and friendly staff. They quickly got me checked in and into an office. The doctor was very kind and compassionate. He patiently listened to my concerns and the exam didn’t feel rushed or hurried. The staff, nurses and doctors all made a genuine effort to be helpful. They seemed to take great pride in their jobs. I would highly recommend them.

This place is the absolute greatest walk-in clinic I’ve ever experienced. From the first moment we walked in the receptionist was pleasant and very helpful. The place is clean and up-to-date with modern conveniences such as iPad and TVs. The wait was nothing compared to some places and the doctor was very thorough and friendly highly recommend this place

Different doctor, different service. She asked me what my height and weight were but did not take them herself. The doctor looked down my throat from about three feet away with a light shining down it. She did not listen to my chest. She gave me a prescription for antibiotics based on what I said my symptoms were and did not give me a diagnosis or a receipt. I was feeling too miserable to think of it. Called back about the tightness in the chest and she prescribed an inhaler without seeing me. Could have gotten the same results from an online doctor from the comfort of my home.

Truly AMAZING staff!! I called ahead to make sure my insurance was accepted and was met immediately by a kind, caring, and attentive staff. The receptionist, nurses, and physician were very thorough and communicated everything they were doing and looking for. We were unable to figure out exactly what was causing all of my symptoms but so far I’ve been able to get my main concerns under control from the advice and care I received. The nurses even called me back the next day to check up on me and make sure I was feeling better.

Worst place ever...i walked in today to get my son looked at and couldn't believe the way the receptionist treated me ..The receptionist told me she does not take my insurance however that was not the case..She was rude and refused to contact my insurance..which is sad to say that when i drove to Granada hills same AFC urgent care they took my insurance and was treat really nice and all services was done in a very friendly respectable manner..

I just moved here and called my insurance they referred me to this urgent care and I found it very easy to find!! It was a Sunday and I thought there would be a lot of people there but there wasn’t and I was able to get right in, when you don’t feel good that’s a real blessing!! Everyone was very kind. The doctor listen to me, he took really good care of me!! I felt that he checked me out very good and prescribe the right medication because within two days I was feeling a whole lot better!! I chose AFC Urgent Care because it’s near my house. I went to the office on a Friday evening. I thought it would be busy, but to my surprise there was only one other family in the waiting room. The waiting room and the patient rooms were very clean and organized. The office staff was polite and answered all the questions I had regarding my insurance and what was covered. Once my insurance was verified, I was immediately called in. I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to see me. She was pleasant and professional. I am overall pleased with my experience at AFC Urgent Care and will definitely choose to go there if needed in the future.
