I chose AFC Urgent Care because it’s near my house. I went to the office on a Friday evening. I thought it would be busy, but to my surprise there was only one other family in the waiting room. The waiting room and the patient rooms were very clean and organized. The office staff was polite and answered all the questions I had regarding my insurance and what was covered. Once my insurance was verified, I was immediately called in. I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to see me. She was pleasant and professional. I am overall pleased with my experience at AFC Urgent Care and will definitely choose to go there if needed in the future.
