My appt was for Sunday at 1145am, I booked 2 DAYS in advance. I then received a call at 11am saying that one of their waxers called off work...that was totally fine with me. They rescheduled me for 2pm same day. Prior to arrival I was hung up on multiple times for no reason at all..I was confused on where the place was (1st time visitor). When I got there the front desk receptionist named TRINITY pointed me to "read the instructions on the door for check in". (Due to the coronavirus the reception was closed). I understood. Once finally in after waiting outside I informed the receptionist that I had called and she (TRINITY) WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. I asked her what her if she had known that I called and kept getting hung up on and all she did was shake her head "NO" she didnt say A WORD. I asked her what her name was and she GAVE ME THE WRONG NAME. I went in to get my wax and was so disappointed in the entire situation I decided NOT to even get the service and I asked the waxer (who was VERY NICE) what the girls name was and she told me her REAL name, I can not express how I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN TO SPEND MY MONEY WHERE I AM NOT VALUED AS A CUSTOMER.

I do not think that the lady who tended to me was welcoming to anxious first-comers like me. I cannot remember her name, but I hope she can learn to ease first timers better. But as for me, I'm not going to any waxing place anymore, not for a long time. I went for underarm, bum, and full wax... Maybe I ordered too much for myself.Update: I have gone again after a year maybe a little less. I got treated more easily, didn't go all out on services, and have felt that I can stick to the lady who treated me well. Underarms where no pain nor bikini (except the top, but that area will always sting more). I have now signed up for unlimited underarm treatment. I hope she will ease me into Brazilian. (Up 1 star).

European Wax center is a nice upscale place for women's waxing needs. They also provide services for men as well. This location is always clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They provide several packages which make their services more affordable. If it's your first time there, the service is usually free! So be sure to try it out.

Very friendly and professional employees. I got my eyebrows *and hairline* waxed a while ago by a girl whose name started with an A *ABBY*. I have to go back and check since I forgot, but I was very happy with my experience. She did a good job. Unfortunately the prices are a bit steep otherwise I would be coming here ALL the time, but you do get what you pay for.

I had an appt at 1:15 l got there at 1:00.. Im new& front desk explained to me on how theyll be late fees if lm late & so on& so fourth... So my appt was at 1:15 l was saw at close to 1:30.. I got a brizillan wax but my waxer was having a hard time pulling the wax strip off..but she was a good talker & her friendly customer service was nice.. Even gave a tip because she was friendly & made me feel comfortable..but having a hard time pulling off the wax strip & being late to an appt is what lm basing this on.

My first Brazilian wax was horrible, the room was extremely cold, and I couldn’t stop shivering, the lady was also very rough, and not patient with me. Then they went and tried to sign me up for their membership almost got stuck doing it, paid so much money for it to look horrible down there. Their website also does not offer so many of the services they supposedly offer.

Desirae was my brow artist. She was amazing at my lip and brow wax and had me in love with a lot of there house products. I bought the exfoliator and a sample of the serum. The ingredients are all really good & the price is beyond affordable for what your getting. Though the size looks small on a lot of there facial products a little goes a long way!.
