Feedback:

My appt was for Sunday at 1145am, I booked 2 DAYS in advance. I then received a call at 11am saying that one of their waxers called off work...that was totally fine with me. They rescheduled me for 2pm same day. Prior to arrival I was hung up on multiple times for no reason at all..I was confused on where the place was (1st time visitor). When I got there the front desk receptionist named TRINITY pointed me to "read the instructions on the door for check in". (Due to the coronavirus the reception was closed). I understood. Once finally in after waiting outside I informed the receptionist that I had called and she (TRINITY) WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. I asked her what her if she had known that I called and kept getting hung up on and all she did was shake her head "NO" she didnt say A WORD. I asked her what her name was and she GAVE ME THE WRONG NAME. I went in to get my wax and was so disappointed in the entire situation I decided NOT to even get the service and I asked the waxer (who was VERY NICE) what the girls name was and she told me her REAL name, I can not express how I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN TO SPEND MY MONEY WHERE I AM NOT VALUED AS A CUSTOMER.
