First time going and it was during the pandemic... everyone was so nice and very informative. Im not familiar with most of the products but the girls were very nice about explaining things to me and i really appreciated it. Thank you. Will differently be back soon!

Usually when we come here the staff is friendly and helpful, but when we came for our curbside picked, the staff handling the parking lot directions were EXTREMELY rude.The man handling the entrance of the parking lot yelled at and cussed at us and other patrons in the line. I've never seen someone act so unprofessional under stress.While I understand this is a difficult time for everyone, I have never been treated with such disrespect from the very FIRST person we had to interact with. I have been a long time customer of about 4 years, but after that encounter we canceled our order and will not be returning here.

Clean and wide open space with good selection BUT everything there is OVERPRICED, before and after tax. Go to SPARC in Santa Rosa. They have much better prices on products!West Coast Smoke delivers for free, is tax free, & cheaper prices (delivery only); limited selection but well worth it!**edit** THEIR REPLY IS NOT TRUE AT ALL! Also, SPARC is not illegal in the slightest. They have multiple locations in SOCO and SF but keep telling yourself that.

I understand these are unprecedented times but I fail to see how every single employee cannot see a customer who hasn't been helped. And more importantly let as many people be helped before myself. An online order should not take over an hour to complete. Or it wouldn't have if I was helped in the proper order. This curbside system needs to be improved or you've lost a customer.

Mercy Wellness Center is not just a dispensary. The staff, customers, and all their business partners are like family. There is so much Mercy Love! They provide such a great service to the community, they cater to seniors, veterans, and the recreational patient alike. The shop itself is everything that cannabis retail should be. Their budtenders are so knowledgeable and they really care about the customers experience in the shop and with their products at home! I am an account Manager with Mammoth Distribution and I so I have had the pleasure to work with Mercy as a business partner and a customer. They are always on top of what they need to do and are so organized, working with them is as easy as shopping there! I love mercy, they’re truly a staple of Sonoma County.

Update 3months. Better communication,website is still not accurate always but they are working on it. Inaccurate online menu consistently. Nice people on the phone trying to help. Does not help the fact they advertise non existent or unavailable products. I will very happily bring my business elsewhere.

Favorite dispensary of Sonoma county, pretty much since they opened they've had superior business. They have fairly good prices, especially for the area. They expanded making the interior much more spacious and welcoming. Love the new order online option that allows you to wait in an Express line for check out as well. Great job Mercy Wellness keep it up!

I guess if you don't Know any better you would really like it here. Fortunately for me I do know better. This place gets over on you with a smile to boot! 1/8 $40 ok 1G for $13 ok. So then my $53 total with tax ends up being $68!!!! "We can't post the excise tax because ... Bs bs bs yada yada yada." Adding $15 dollars to the total is a very blatant rip off to me. And if you want to explain to people why you are ripping them off, please train your employees to do so without making stuff up. Justification of bad business practice is still just that. Come on down to Harvest in Napa, they can teach you how to run a cannabis business that caters to it's clientele first not themselves! Only reason I give 2 stars is decent quality of the products. Oh yeah and they rebrand and re package with their own packaging and maybe even their own products. That doesn't seem shady at all.

Firstly, the people are super friendly & courteous. They spend as much time with you as you need & explain everything in detail. I was a virgin so to speak and they were willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. I never felt rushed. In fact, I can't stand for very long and someone went & got a chair for me so I could sit while the talked to me. I was surprised by my excellent experience.

The staff here were very friendly but my review is based solely on the business model. Very tedious and annoying system with multiple lines and a confusing menu. In fact there is no menu at all, just a glass case on the wall displaying all the products and its nowhere near the checkout line. First you will sign up and it will seem relatively empty -quick line, then go into a second security area and will eventually be allowed in the back. It becomes a nightmare cluster once you get back here. You'd expect to get in a line and be able to browse what you want as you wait for people to make their purchases, not here. You will find 30-40 people in here at any given time, where you must go to a wall and look at a glass case to make your selection b4 getting in line, which leaves no order as to how fast you can get in or out. Finally picked out everything we like and get in a pretty long line and wait patiently for 5-10 more minutes and we are up. Thank heavens, we place our order and eat the ridiculously high price and pay, only to find out we have to wait longer for some guy in the back to put our order together and bring it up. Ridiculous, worst I've seen, get a menu and have products ready to go at the counter after all the initial waiting. 4 year resident of Colorado, 2 year resident of California, most annoying dispensary by far.
