I have worked as a CNA for 30+ years in many different settings. I love being a CNA. I have worked for Synergy Home Care, Wyandotte for 2 years. I have only had one other boss who was as great to work for as Jeff and Kevin. Kevin and Jeff always listens to my concerns, addressed the concerns and goes the extra mile for his staff and clients.

Very happy with SYNERGY ...have used them for over a year. The managers are on top of their game. Excellent staff, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone goes the extra mile to make your experience as good as possible. I am writing this on behalf of my husband, Colm Prentice, for whom we use the service and a stroke victim, being paralyzed on the left side. He's limited in mobility.They are helpful with suggestions that make everyone concerned comfortable.

Without a doubt, Synergy Homecare in Wyandotte has exceeded our expectations. They provide care for our 96-year-old mother with the care and compassion one would want from a caregiver service. Their in-home caregivers, field manager Kevin and office manager Jeff have responded time and time again to meet unexpected requests and do all they can to provide quality care.The actual in home care staff are sensitive, efficient, always looking to see what else needs to be accomplished, and they genuinely care about our mother's well-being.In addition, our family has a unique situation in which our Down's Syndrome 59-year-old sister lives with our mother, and Synergy has stretched to meet many of her needs, as well. It would be very difficult to list all the little (and big) care services they have provided over the past year. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and their willingness to be flexible in meeting the care needs of both our mother and sister has been unmatched by other agencies who have attempted to provide the 24/7 assistance required. It would be the good fortune of any family to secure the services of Synergy Homecare in Wyandotte and have Kevin and Jeff along with their office and in-home care staff meet your care needs.

I would like to thank Jeff, Kevin and Geri at Synergy Home Care for their continued help, support and compassion provided to my mother. Jeff and Kevin worked closely with my mother to fully understand her needs, challenges and goals for recovery after she was injured in an automobile accident. Geri, the caregiver that is assigned to my mother, is a perfect match. Not only is she skilled and experienced, but her caring personality is exactly what my mother needed.My mother’s recovery has accelerated greatly since Synergy Home Care began providing service to my mother. The high level of care they provide has improved my mother’s quality of life. Her spirits have never been higher and she has become a new and better person.I would highly recommend Synergy Home Care to other families or individuals in need – they truly make a difference!
