Without a doubt, Synergy Homecare in Wyandotte has exceeded our expectations. They provide care for our 96-year-old mother with the care and compassion one would want from a caregiver service. Their in-home caregivers, field manager Kevin and office manager Jeff have responded time and time again to meet unexpected requests and do all they can to provide quality care.The actual in home care staff are sensitive, efficient, always looking to see what else needs to be accomplished, and they genuinely care about our mother's well-being.In addition, our family has a unique situation in which our Down's Syndrome 59-year-old sister lives with our mother, and Synergy has stretched to meet many of her needs, as well. It would be very difficult to list all the little (and big) care services they have provided over the past year. Their attention to detail is outstanding, and their willingness to be flexible in meeting the care needs of both our mother and sister has been unmatched by other agencies who have attempted to provide the 24/7 assistance required. It would be the good fortune of any family to secure the services of Synergy Homecare in Wyandotte and have Kevin and Jeff along with their office and in-home care staff meet your care needs.
