Dr. Hammond’s office staff is great! Dr. Hammond listens to me and I truly feel like she cares. From the front desk to the lady taking my vitals and the lady that sucks the blood out of my arm for tests, everyone is so kind. I really love it there. I can see all of the negative comments on this feed but I truly haven’t experienced anything close to negative at any point. I think everyone is always a little too focused on themselves and the instant service and gratification they want that they loose sight of the fact that hundreds of people walk through those doors everyday. With the care and level of in depth service they provide, you will have some waiting but it’s worth it. That’s just life.
