I just tried to go to this location. The door stated they are open at 10AM (it was 11:48) however the door was locked. The lady behind the counter never acknowledged that she heard or saw me and was walking away from the door so I knocked. It turns out she had heard me but decided not to let me know she had. She waddled herself to the front door and popped it open with a scowl and zero words. I just let the door close again and decided that a sub from Penn Station would be better. Best of luck to this store....I’ll never go here. First impressions matter.

Tried for the first time today - nice menu options, great food, and great service! Nice seeing some of the meats and cheeses being cut fresh for the order, veggies seemed fresh. The gentleman taking care of our order was friendly and meticulous - took his time preparing each order rather throw things together.

When this place first opened it was my favorite sub shop. Not anymore. Words can hardly describe how terrible the prices, food, and service have gotten. I wish I could give less than 1 star. I've ordered online 5 times. All 5 times they got the order wrong. Even when I go into the store I have to watch the workers so closely or else I'll get something I didn't order. The portions have also shrunk so the sandwich is all bread/lettuce and no meat and cheese. To top it all off, a large sub with chips and a drink is nearly $20. I used to love Jersey Mike's, but I will never go there again. Stay away.

Not reviewing your food, atmosphere or prices, but your people and their utter lack of character. I am eating at Chic File watching 4 of your employees treating the staff here like garbage. They are rude arrogant and act as though they are high above the Chic File employees. Insisting they clean up garbage get refills let them get 4 or 5 steps away and call them back. I am embarrassed for your company and your team.

I placed my order online. Was suppose to be done at 12:38. One employee had her kid here. Preceded to make it in front of me and fight with me. I ordered just a plain BLT. Added other stuff I can't have. There was a note on the other sandwich that asked for extra Mayo and oil and vinegar. Not on mine. I will never go here again. First time and a horrible experience.

Well went to get a steak sub at 8pm on 2/13. Says they close at 9pm but sign was off and after 5 mins of waiting(only customer there) finally got acknowledged by the only employee and was told the grill was closed and dont I want something else....Apparently she doesn't have to follow rules or do her job because she takes the bus home

Horrible service, went there over the lunch hour. One person was making sandwiches for what I’m assuming was a catering order while the other was making sandwiches and ringing people up. Took 20 minutes to get a sandwich with 5 people in line... When they first opened the service was amazing, not sure what happened to this place.

My last experience will make me not go to this sub place again. A woman dressed in Mickey Mouse PJs who was supposedly “training” was behind the counter making a sub for herself, went and sat on the floor and then looked at me and my boyfriend (both African American) and said I don’t want my purseTo walk out the door, so I’m going to put it behind the desk. Then another employee decided to take her break leaving only 1 employee behind the counter to prepare 3 different sandwiches( 2 from my order and 1 for A stranger). The one behind the counter decided to make all 3 sandwiches at the same time, although they were different orders. This caused her to mess up everyone’s order. I will instead take my business elsewhere.

Tasty subs, scary kitchen.A couple months ago I went in on my lunch from work at about 2-3pm. There was one woman working and she was on the phone telling a catering customer the food was running a little late. I'm guessing someone didn't show up.I order my sub. I see her grab a bun that's just laying out on the counter and then starts cutting the meat and cheese on a meat slicer that is littered w food scraps. I can tell it's been there for some time. I take my sub back to work and eat 3/4 of it hoping it doesn't make me sick.I go in again this last week. It's shortly after 2pm. Three people working. I go to place my order and it doesn't look like the meat slicer has been cleaned all day. There are meat scraps all over and some are fairly well dried out, so they've been there awhile.The health department will tell you food cannot be out more than 3 hours, cumulatively, between 40 degrees and 140 degrees. That is called the danger zone.So this meat slicer has been growing bacteria at an exponential rate, quite possibly for hours. Not only is the slicer contaminated, so is every meat and cheese that's been cut with it.Scary stuff guys. Thankfully I wasn't working that day and went somewhere else. Every other place I have ever went like this the meat slicer, cutting board are immaculent. Bread is pulled from a bag and not just left out on the counter in the middle of the afternoon.I might give you guys another try. If I see that slicer like that again, I'm taking a pic and sending it to the health dept.

The struggle was very real today in this JM store. There were only 2 people working the lunch shift. And talk about no personality!! We were in line for almost 20 minutes waiting for our hot sub. They let multiple people go in front of us while we stood there with no indication of when our food would be ready. No smile. No thank you. Where is the guy who used to take your name down, sing, and bring light into the place?! Very disappointing. The only reason I'll be going back is I love the Chipotle Cheese-steak sub! 1 star because the food is still good even though the service was horrible.
