At Minerva all my experiences have been super positive. The staff has always been very, knowledgeable, professional friendly and very helpful. No complaints. Their products are very popular and often sell out. That’s the deal when you have great stuff. Their space is nice and clean with a conformable waiting area. Their products are amazing.

I had heard great things about this dispensary, so I was surprised when I went in as a new patient in January. They didn’t have very good selection, and the THC content was all on the lower side. I purchased a pre-roll and received one for free as a new patient promotion. Both pre-rolls smoked pretty weak, I was actually questioning if they had the wrong THC content listed. I wasn’t crazy about the vibe and it was difficult to find the front door (others were looking around for it too).

Very disappointed in customer service. The gummie leaves are falsely labeled on the package. The package clearly states (8) 80 mg total THC. We expected to find 8 with 10 mg each. Found only 4. Called the store to complain. Spoke to Mason mgr and Jessie. Jessie said it was a misprint, Mason said that the label was correct. Label misreprents the product packaging. Mason offered a refund which we did not want. We wanted what we paid for 8. Label does not state that there are only 4 and that they must be cut in half.BUYER BEWARE...a 20 mg gummie could be too much for some patients. Standard dose in most gummies is generally 10 mg.

Well my experience with minerva i went as a new patient and i paid the ten dollars for the pre roll they did not have them so they told me at the one in los lunas and they told me to go get when ever i get a chance and it was in the cumputer but they did not give me my pre roll they said to pay another ten dollars and said no cause that is not right to treat patients i should work there i got a lot of experience with marijuana all day then all of the workers there sincerely chuck Nasty???

This is the second time that Minerva has dropped the ball with me as a customer. The first time was in Bernalillo when they signed me up as a rewards member and told me that I was able to have one free product and limited my choices to smokeable products only. I informed them that due to health restrictions I was not able to use any product that would require me to smoke and just politely asked them to substitute it for an edible item of equal or lesser value and they told me that they would not. I asked the manager if their rewards were only available to those who smoke and she said yes with a very firm answer as if to enforce it further. This time it is with my free birthday item. Every dispensary I have been to told me that they would give me up to 3 days before and after my birthday (with Verdes up to 5 days) to redeem my product and the original location I signed up with never made any mention that I was required to get my product within 24 hours before or after my birthday. They would not make any exceptions whatsoever. It's just sad that they were willing to lose my purchase over a few hours difference in time over the other dispensaries. I was planning on making a nice purchase along with my free item but it honestly stayed my hand from even grabbing my wallet after hearing that. I give two stars because the clerk was nice enough about it but neither one of the employees even looked like they cared. All they we're worried about asking me immediately was whether or not I was going to make a purchase and I just politely declined the offer and left. Honestly this is my last time at Minerva and I will not be returning here. Twice bit and twice shy. R Greenleaf and Verdes are so much better and they actually care. Verdes Foundation literally goes above and beyond to take care of you as a customer and they don't even care if you make a purchase ornot. It's supposed to be non profit but it was definitely sales-driven at Minerva and I do not feel that they are nonprofit minded. I felt like I was at the T-Mobile store in the mall. You can look at my list of reviews and I never give poor reviews almost anywhere so it really takes a special occasion to get anything less than 5 stars from me.

Love this place! The staff is super knowledgeable and shares that with you when you tell them what you need. They have a great frequent visitor program and give bonuses for your birthday also! There's the products store, the grow supplies store and a hemp clothing and paraphernalia store all in this one place! I highly recommend shopping here for all your weed needs!!

Customer appreciation have gone downhill I feel like we're walking into a a business full of fakeness with all these hellos and sweetness but the deals are not there anymore you try to buy a pre-roll and you have to pay sky-high or unless they're getting rid of some old Bud that probably doesn't have the potency that it once did you might find that on sale sorry to post such a bad review on such a great place I onced enjoyed patronizing

I have been a patient of this dispensary for two years or more, and used to LOOOOVE it here...but lately, the place is very LACKLUSTER...meaning that they are ALWAYS out of product, the inconsistent way of getting your edibles, salve etc is becoming worse. Used to be that it FELT like a happy place and now it just feels dead...now I find out the salve I need is no longer going to be available....ANOTHER thing I’m unable to get here that I used to!!! It seems this guy is running a “cash cow” instead of looking out for his patients seems to be what’s keeping the doors open!!! Hope he figures it out soon...or maybe not!!!

Awesome staff! I always leave happy. They seem to really care about your medicinal needs and are cool about it also being something fun and that there is a whole culture around our specific needs. I once walked in with so much pain I was scared to drive home. I figured why not pull over and see what they can do. I got some tester CBD rub (it was okay I decided against purchase right now. I want to try again) they made a suggestion that would totally meet my needs. A way to control pain and still be able to safely drive. My pain was leaving as I was. I seriously always leave with a smile from their staff. I also really appreciate the professionalism and their sincerity about this being medicine. With the funny strain names we aren't being taken seriously as patients. I think everything from their attitude to graphic design and attitude of staff shows that Minerva Canna Group is moving us in the right direction of acceptance.

Nice shop. Great selection of both flower and concentrates. The real gem of this shop is their edibles though. Hands down, the absolute best cannabis infused edibles I have ever had. There is no taste of cannabis in any of the edibles I have tried, and they have never failed to get me to the intended point. They also have a grow shop specifically tapered to growing cannabis. You don't have to have a medical cannabis card to shop at the grow shop, which I think is pretty cool. Staff is knowledgeable about the products sold, although the up sell techniques they use come off as somewhat pushy.
