Feedback:

was on the phone with a nurse to see about covid testing and she basically said "that test is only given to members" so I asked "so your telling me I cant be tested because I dont have kaiser membership and im an essential employee" she says "its usually only for our members because we're a private hospital" I hung up so upset cause your a hospital it shouldn't matter what insurance you have or mentorship if someone needs help you can jus bill them will NEVER go to kaiser 0 stars if possible
