Feedback:

I've been going to this Kaiser facility for a bit over five years. It is difficult to get proper medical care here. Today went in for a possible broken bone. Told they can do nothing for me. They had me talk to a nurse over the phone while I was in the facility who essential wanted me to diagnose myself. Can't get an x-ray for another 24 hours, and for all I know I won't get one then either.This facility is better than nothing, and I'm sure they've helped many people. But if you have another option or can go to another Kaiser facility I would recommend doing so.Edit: In response to Kaiser’s reply: I did just that. There was no mistake. Kaiser does not offer urgent care in Vallejo. If a patient goes to Emergency Room for something like this they are charged a much higher co-pay, and your own website states that the ER isn’t for cases like this. The best one of your patients can hope for in Vallejo for an injury like this is to get a regular doctor appointment “within 48 hours.”Or I could drive 60 miles roundtrip and roughly 2-3 hours in traffic to Oakland. You should offer better care for your patients.
