Not the best Kaiser, some service staff and check in employees do not know what they are doing. Couldn't get an appointment for over a week and I have severe asthma issues. I was prescribed oral steroids over the phone because they couldn't see me, then when I wanted to be seen because the steroids weren't working they were still "unable" to book an on site appointment. Asked for a note for work the staff had trouble with that. Just overall bad experiences so far at this Kaiser. I have been a Kaiser member for over 20 years and have never had this much trouble seeking medical help. Hopefully they hire more staff or make some changes because this is very unfortunate.
