Feedback:

I am giving two stars because I am totally disappointed with emergency department security, I never had this kind of experience before in my life. I like the doctor and employees but the security In duty, made us feel bad. I was there on 20/01/2018 at 5pm she is super rude , I went there with my two kids( 7&9 )years old . I told her I am here to see my wife at the same time I got call from hospital I answered after I told security this is my ID and I give her my wife name. Do you know what security response “ lower your voice” and I’m talking calm and my normal voice, that’s her response after she saying kids not allowed. I ask her what is other options? I have kids now.. she said this is Hospital policy oh okay and I ask her what’s other options again she answer lower your voice again I was really, upset because I’m talking in a normal tone. I never had this kind experience in my life. We just want to see my wife if she’s doing ok.
